A 6.2-liter gasoline V8 (385 horsepower, 430 lb-ft of torque) is standard. Upgrades include a 7.3-liter gas V8 (430 hp, 475 lb-ft) or a turbocharged 6.7-liter diesel V8 (475 hp, 1,050 lb-ft). In the F-350, all three engines use a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard on the XL, XLT and Lariat, with four-wheel drive an option.
