Used 2005 Ford F-150 Consumer Reviews
love my Ford
Since owing this truck it has only been back for an oil change and to check the shift points on the transmission. I love the interior and with the three valve 300 hp 5.4 engine, the truck really runs great at high highway speeds. It just cruises with no roll or road walking. In the snow of the northeast it does a great job. I am really pleased and happy with my truck. The only negative about the whole truck is gas mileage.
Good Truck....
Truck runs pretty good. I got mine used but it runs very well. The only thing is that it's too sluggish when it come to accelerating from being stopped when compared to, say the Toyota. After its starts moving it moves. Design-wise it's pretty good, that's why I bought it instead of getting the Toyota Tundra which has a plain interior design. The right is really smooth and quiet. I wish that they would of put in an engine with more horsepower to make up for the additional weight.

2005 f-150
Great truck. Very happy with towing torque. Style inside and out is second to none.
Amazed
If you want a REAL truck, this is the one to get. Power, comfort, amenities ... too many unbelievable features to list. The overhead rail system is pretty sweet too. It responds great, and is willing to do just about anything you want, and go wherever.
My 2004 F-150 XLT Lariat SuperCab
I have owned six other F-series trucks and this new F-150 is by far the best. The level of electronics is a huge upgrade from previous models. The ride is superb, and the fuel economy for a vehicle this size is good. This is my first super-cab. The styling and increased space is great. The vehicle is a little on the heavy side, but it does not seem to affect the fuel economy much. It should be interesting to see what kind of reliability it has in the long-run. It was truly a good purchase experience, being able to build your style truck with the options required. Some of the new standard features on certain models is welcomed. All in all, quite a vehicle so far!
