I loved this car when I bought it. We drove it on a 6,000 trip and it was very comfortable. Then it started having problems. The back wheel bearing, $500. The back up camera was suddenly upside down. No one knew what to do about it except replace it ($600 for camera + labor). The front wheel bearing, $500. Then at 128,000 miles, the transmission went and Ford wanted $7,000!!! Tried other local repair places; no one would touch it. Ford made a fun car with lots of nice features inside, but cheapened the mechanics. When I traded it in as is, I got $1,500 for it, after paying $14,000 2 years before. I lost my shirt. There was a recall 2 weeks later on the backup camera. There should be a recall on the tranny.

I bought this vehicle used, the issues with it since a year after I bought it are a computer chip that went out cost 1,200.00. I changed the oil and did all the regular mantenance as I was suppose to do. I have had issues with overheating took it in to Ford, replaced the reservior as they stated it was cracked. They did change the reservior but check nothing else, in the mountains it started to overheat, turned on the heater to get the heat off the engine, no cell phone service and could not pull over as it was to dangerous. Turns out the radiator, thermostat was bad replace the whole cooling system. Guess again, $1,200.00 repair. I spent over $5,000 in maintenance and repairs on a car that I owned for 3 years. Ford service centers know nothing about how to repair thier own products. I traded it in for the fear I did not know what the car would do next, I needed something more dependable. I only owned the car for 3 years what an expensive mistake. A 6 year old car should have such major propblems. Do Not recommend. Comfortable ride and good features.

I as a little iffy about purchasing this vehicle because i didn't think i was going to use the technology it provides. The more i drive it the more i catch myself using the features it comes with. Quick on the acceleration so it took getting used to also.

Not a lot of storage in the front of car. Had a Fusion before, liked it a lot better.
