Good value small utility
I have the SES trim on my 2020 Ford EcoSport which I bought as a leftover in 2021 at a very fair discounted price before the chip shortage began. Car has all the features and gas mileage I wanted. I believe the EcoSport is a good car, drives well and the air conditioner can cool off the car fast in the summertime. A well equipped car that is a pleasure to drive and handles the road in any weather. I still find the EcoSport to be a very reliably good car after 3 years of ownership

Love it!
I bought this new in April 2021. I have had no issues with it whatsoever. I love all the features. It is a fairly smooth ride. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. My only complaint is the trunk door. I wish it opened up instead of the side.

Happy with our EcoSport
We downsized from a F150 4x4 and bought a EcoSport AWD with 2.0 Duratec. The end of year discounts put this vehicle in a acceptable price for the features. Very happy with it so far and we get around 28Mpg which is on the high end of estimate from EPA for combined. If I had to find something to take points off its the 6 speed trans which can be lazy to downshift sometimes. But we have noticed that with vehicles because manufactures are trying to deliver best EPA estimates. Seems they all upshift early and downshift late.

Does not compare to an Escape
We have had this car for my daughter for about 1 year. She only has 10,000KM on the car and it's already been in the shop twice for electrical issues. The gas consumption is not different from our Escape Titanium, thinking ecosport might be a better value we traded her Escape. BIG MISTAKE! We cannot wait to get out of this lease.
