I have a 2000 Durango. I have just turned 83,000 miles. The only problem I have had is to replace the fan clutch. That's it. Great highway driver. Good performance from the 4.7 liter engine. It is unstoppable in the snow (if you get rid of the stock tires). No complaints about the reliability at all. Check out the new 2004's. I'll buy another.

This has been the absolute driving machine! Dodge has outdone themselves with the 5.9. The 360 is awe inspiring. Easy to drive and great for hauling the soccer star and her teammates. With four kids at home and extras always around, its third row seating is more than handy. And hey, lets face it, minivans are UGLY!!

I've owned this Durango for quite some time. It's given me no problems outside of regular maintenance. I tow occasionally and haul quite a bit of goods. Just passed 80,000miles and still going strong. I get 18.3mpg at 55mph and 16mpg at 65mph! Not bad for a beast that's rated at 12mpg city and 16mpg highway. Keep in mind the EPA, at the time, rated vehicles on the highway at 55mph! Only problem that is annoying is that in colder weather the mechanism inside the rear hatch that controls the lock rusts and sticks. I have to spray it with lube every few months. Takes about 20min, so its not too bad.

I have a 2000 dodge durango r/t with that powerful gas guzzling 360. the truck drives like a champ, off roads like a monster. I am thinking about putting a monster lift kit on it but am battling that gas mileage. My 79 camaro with a 450hp motor gives almost twice the gas mileage on the highway then this baby of mine. im not sure what they could do to fix this, maybe add a turbo kit to improve the gas mileage.

I Have owned since 2000 and have great success. The only issue has been the transmission. I had to rebuild at 125000 miles! Other than that tires, brakes and oil! Great hauling and towing. We bought it with the goal to drive for ten years and so far I am very pleased with its performance. I definitely recommend the truck!
