Roomy and Powerful!

2022 Dodge Challenger GT 2dr Coupe (3.6L 6cyl 8A)

The 2022 Dodge Challenger GT is powerful and roomy! Seats are very comfortable. It feels safe and sturdy. Don't get happy with the gas pedal - it takes off like a rocket and sustains its speed. The Indigo Blue color is gorgeous! Only wish the back up cameras gave more warnings. Also wish the side mirrors had warnings for when cars are too close. Still a great car that's fun to drive!

This is my 2nd one!

I know have 2 Challengers...for the moment, until my godson buys the other one. These are seriously the smoothest riding cars ever. I love my Sublime Green. Just ordered decals from the best Etsy seller, MotorCityRides! He modified my decal package and liked my combination, so it's now #7 on his list of choices! Steering is real tight on this, which enhances the driving experience. Seats are more snug than on my 2012. The car is worth every penny. Now if I could just get the Easthampton, MA RMV to swiftly process my paperwork so that I can drive it, would be nice!!! Hard to see this car sitting in my driveway for 2 weeks now. Paperwork seems impossible to get fixed when you are an out of state buyer from MA making a purchase in Georgia. So beware if you purchase a new car out of state!

Granite gray scatpack

2022 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 2dr Coupe (6.4L 8cyl 6M)

Traded my 2016 black rt shaker 5.7 for a new 2022 granite gray scatpack 6.4 and couldn't be any happier , the power is so much more, if you can get one at a good price like I did , then go for it. Just wanted to add that when I was 8 years old, I saw one of the first 1970 rt challenger and thought when I get older I'm going to buy one, but when it was time dodge didn't make them any more, so in 2008 they did and I save for two years and bought a 2010 stx , then a plm cry in 2013 6 sp and again 2016 pitch black shaker rt, and now the 2022 scat, I couldn't be happier, buy a scatpack.

SXT Steal of a deal

2023 SXT owner, 08/14/2023
2023 Dodge Challenger SXT 2dr Coupe (3.6L 6cyl 8A)

I was looking for a car for my son. I looked at Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla and Mazda 3, when by chance I went online at AutoNation and sorted by lowest price. I saw a Dodge Challenger SXT. The MSRP was $33,655 less a dealer discount of 3164, and a 2000 by Dodge and by luck another 1000 by Dodge for filling out an on line form. This brought the price down to $27,491. This is for a 3.6 liter V-6 (VVT) with an 8 speed automatic transmission (German made), 278 Watt 6 speaker stereo, Sport Brakes, AC, Cruise Control, etc. This is a rear wheel drive car, not front wheel drive. When comparing the SXT to Toyota, Honda and Mazda, it was the best value. A V-6 vs 4 cylinder and an actual automatic transmission vs CVT (Mazda makes a 6 speed automatic). The ride quality was the best in the SXT. The SXT was also the quietest of the 4. Dodge has been making the Challenger since 2008, so I suspect the bugs have been worked out. The V-6 engine has had over 10,000,000 copies made, so it must be good as well. BTW I do not work for Dodge nor do I have any connection to them. The SXT is a great value. Grab one before they are gone.

Boat on wheels for the 8 cyl models..more noise

I bought a six cylinder since the 392 V8 with manual trans didn't impress me at all. I'd bought a 911 Carrera S instead for speed a few years back..much better but came back this time around to get the GT 6 cyl "Last Call". 4 WD for safety and road grip..but noticed some clunking in the rear shaft to the differential when gears engaged. Having it checked out. Otherwise a nice car..too bad they dropped the engine cover.
