Used 2018 Chevrolet Trax Consumer Reviews
Junk
Junk will never buy another Chevy product again. I’ve had the rear differential go on this vehicle, intercooler, and now I have no heat (hvac control module replaced, pigtail, 3 resistor chips, blower fan, and still doesn’t work.) absolute junk. Should’ve kept my Kia probably would’ve been better quality…

Horrible vehicle
I bought my Trax when it had 10,000 miles on it, believing that low mileage would ensure its reliability until I paid it off. Unfortunately, I was very mistaken. My vehicle was plagued with problems. Within the first year, the rear differential failed; thankfully, it was covered under warranty. After that, the AC stopped working, so I replaced the condenser and added Freon. Soon after, the car started to overheat. I replaced several hoses and the coolant reservoir, but it overheated again, which prompted me to replace the manifold. Following that, the heater stopped working, and eventually, the water pump failed. I also had to replace the battery twice, along with other routine maintenance. I was never in any accidents, but I was constantly worried that my car would break down at any moment. It was truly a terrible vehicle. Not to mention, the resale value was horrendous. By the time I traded it in, my car had only accumulated 83,000 miles over four years.

My cute ute
I really am in love with my 2018 Trax. The only thing I would change about it is give it a little more power and just a tad more cargo room. Other than that I am very happy with it.
