A little disappointing
This is the first car I ever bought new. Now, at less than 5 years old, we have replaced the valve cover, TWICE, and just had to replace the water pump. I'm not THAT rough on a vehicle. Time to replace the brakes, that's normal. My radio, for some reason, barely comes in. Unscrewed the antenna and screwed it back in but that didn't fix the problem. I can get a local channel for a few miles and then it's staticky. My bluetooth will work, unless it loses signal. Ugh, this car has been the perfect size but I think it's time to trade her in.
Gas Mileage SUCKS
Had I known that the est. combined/city hwy mpg was the best I would get on hwy ONLY travel I would have never purchased. I gave up a 35 mpg car for a 27/28 mpg max. They kept telling me to wait until it had more miles on and I did that until it finally has 13000 on it and it has't changed. My driving habits are the same -but they use that for an excuse. Others I talk to seem to get better gas mileage (in the 30's) ** The car rides with lots of noise- seems like the windows aren't up all the way. Of course..nothing they can do about it as they can't pinpoint where it is coming in (that's easy- ALL windows!) Plan to trade in and probably not a Chevy. I complained since the 1st week and they all say, you should be getting better gas mileage than that, but shrugging the shoulders "I don't know why"- End of discussion.

Regretful buyer
Slow, overpriced, unreliable would be among the words I use... There's a spark coil over issue that causes you to loose power and mpg. And eventually leave you stranded. It had multiple recalls in the first year. I got in an accident where my airbag should have went off and it didn't. It's has had bad gas milage since it hit about 20k miles. (17mpg highway) Even the highest trim of this car is very dinky. It's got fake leather. Only one auto window, only one auto seat, only the front seats heat, no cd player. You can't fit any car seat rear facing in this vehicle without making driver and front passenger impossibly uncomfortable. (Except for infant bucket seat) Can't put a tow hitch on it. Not enough room for a big grocery trip. They always have to load up all seats including front passenger when I do pickups. If you ever desired having everyone and their grandma jump out in front of you, or rage on you get this snail car.

Great Car, Great Dealership Owner- Poor CS
My experience with the Bozarth Lone Tree location has been horrible. If it wasn't for the owner I really would have nothing positive to say. To begin, I was sold a car with incorrect mileage info on the title, relutant to clean the car before releasing it to me, no manufacturer manual, problems with service maintenance on issues that existed prior to the purchase. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional behavior. With that stated, the actions of a few overshadow the good works of those who do care about providing excellent customer service and follow thru. I had to complain to the actual owner Ed Bozarth in order to get these problems addressed I was amazed and pleased with the solutions he presented to address these problems. I also appreciate the manager of maintenance and his staff member, Ed for addressing an exterior problem with my car after yet another poor customer service issue erupted. There are good top management within this dealership. It is unfortunate that I had to complain and struggle to be treated as a valued customer and be respected woman. My experience was traumatic, cautioc and trying. I hope no other woman has had to go to such lengths to receive ethical customer service and integrity.

Wow
Good car, lots of features, only one issue unable to use Bluetooth voice controls to make phone calls, it's like Bluetooth lite even through the owners manual says you can. Went to GM and the local dealer and after several attempts the GM team got it to allow full hands free voice controls. GM/Dealer worked hard to sole the issue, thank you both
