Traverse is a nice ride
Only 8 set passenger suv that still has storage room with all 3 rows of seat in use. It’s a good deal for $34k

Never owned a Chevy before
Great family crossover so far, very large but easy to drive. Feels like a driving a car. Has more room than any other mid size crossover but gets about the same mpg. Also a powerful v6 with over 300hp. Touch screen works great and is responsive. Intertior lighting and exterior lighting are awesome. Air conditioning is awesome and powerful. So quiet in inside.compliants are some features (front camera) only available on higher trims when they should be on lower trims or a option. No sunglass holder. And cup holders could be a little better. Overall great crossover suv.

Never buying Chevy again... unfortunately
Most expensive piece of crap I've ever owned. When I bought it it was only 3 years old. Didn't take long for the list to start piling up. Window motors, electrical problems, a/c went out, twice, fuel regulator sensor or something like that, aux output problems the list goes on and on. My suggestion, don't buy it
Great vehicle
Took my Traverse LT to the mountains on a ski trip with three adults and a lot of luggage and stuff and it performed very well with the front wheel drive especially on icy roads. It performed as well as any Tahoes and Suburbans I have owned and great mileage. The engine is powerful and handles passenger loads of six adults quite well. Overall I am very satisfied with the vehicle. The seats are not the most comfortable but the materials are nice and durable. Dislike that I cannot override the stop engine feature like in my 2020 truck. My biggest concern is the transmission temperature can go as high as 212 degrees in summer weather with ambient of 95+. The engine temp. readings are normal but quite worrisome why the transmission runs so high and the long term effect it could have long term.
Initially great, KNOWN problem arose
This 2019 Chevy Traverse was initially a great buy, large enough for our family, and child's baseball team members, it has been a dream to own...UNTIL a known problem arose that was found under Special Coverage Adjustment N212356540 for the Front Exhaust Pipe and Chevy/GM has been aware of the issue since at least 2018 but did not issue a fix for that year. My 2019 experienced a malfunction in the weld of the mounting bracket on the front exhaust pipe, tearing away from the exhaust on the passenger side, this was brought immediately to the dealer where I was told that the Special Coverage Adjustment only applies to the Driver's side pipe and I would have to pay out of pocket for the repair. The two brackets are welded to the two parallel pipes and meet in the middle, secured to each other by two bolts. If one weld fails on the pipe, the other side is affected as well. Within one week the second bracket came flying off the drivers side pipe while travelling on the highway at 75 miles an hour almost hitting the vehicle behind us. Immediately texted pictures of the exhaust pipe to the Service Advisor of the gaping hole in the Drivers side pipe which is the side supposedly covered under the Special Coverage Adjustment. 2021 models came out with their own Special Adjustment that covers the drivers side front pipe plus the catalytic converter. Still, they are only willing to cover one side which is utterly ridiculous as the weld does not just affect one pipe. Buyer beware , purchase at own risk.
