Used 2010 Chevrolet Traverse Consumer Reviews
broke from the rain - won't turn off
Vehicle sat in the driveway all day due to a bad rainstorm. Wife drove 1 mile to go to a meeting after the storm and the check engine light came on. Engine would NOT TURN OFF even after turning the key to the "OFF" position. You could still place the vehicle in gear and drive with the steering wheel locked!! Will take to the dealership tomorrow (AM) per their request. This is not the dealerships fault, but the manufacturer!! Possible moisture in one of the electrical contacts?? The streets were almost dry when she left (no puddles to drive through). How could this happen on a vehicle with only 386 miles???
jiggy widit
Had it about a week. Yes, it has some shortcomings ( I have been told I do too, imagine that) we are very happy with it. Plenty of room, quieter than the Trail Blazer trade-in. Looks good, comfortable, easy to drive and to ride in. Plenty of gadgets for "non-technos" to play with.

Best Bang For My 31K
Lt1, jewel coat, 2nd row captains chairs, towing pkg. Hard fought battle down to the cx-9 / traverse. 2mos of digging, reading forums, comparing. Arcadia, enclave, pilot, Veracruz out (between 3-10k higher for the same 3rd row, awd features). Had I more money to spend, I may have considered 1 of the others. Fit and finish was very good. Interior was good, but with power port to close to cup holder on console. Exceptional ride and responsive handling. Mileage hwy den-cheye @70-78, as advertised. 6 on exterior design, front clip has to much drag. Cheesy top rail design, good for collecting debris, dirt, and pine needles. If you're going to design such a rail, do so with a top cap! Otherwise ++++
I like it except the headrest
Had this CUV for a week and like it. Its bigger than I thought but drives like a car. Acceleration is not bad. Traded in my minivan. Minivan had more trunk room but this CUV back is o.k. Overall, I would give this CUV a 7.8 out of 10. The biggest drawback is the front headrest. It pushes your head forward and can feel uncomfortable after awhile.
Outstanding everything
The crossover has superb engineering and style inside and out. Plenty of pep, quite and smooth ride, great fit and finish,ON_STAR,Bose radio with GMs new nav system, LTZ very sporty, nice cockpit feel, Many creature comforts and very high tech.
