Not the great expected changes in the Tahoe 2015?

I have had 5 Tahoe since 1996 and this is the first one that I bought and had to returned to the dealer for fixing within 20 miles The back door is malfunctioning doesnt open/close automatically. Also several visible blemish on the exterior paint were detected. The ride is weird and the 1 second response to pressing the gas pedal is very odd. The bottom of the front seat is very narrow and has very little padding you fill the 2 brackets after 15 minutes driving. The center console is too wide and the hatch bother the driver side. The front end of the hood is way too highm about 3 inches higher that 2014 body the driver can not see when parking the other car gas millage 14mpg

Gm nightmare

Terrible throttle response, very annoying. Body moldings falling off. Back hach door leaks, back window leaks. Back wiper does not clean the window. Ac went out. Geared way to high, constantly shifting. Cabin buffering is significant on any slightly rough surface. Raidio went out. Hood flutters when going down highway the metal os so thin. Back hach door dont close tight. Cargo floor is raised and sloped twards the door, when you open the hatch the grocerys fall out . Iv talked with many other owners of this vehicle and its the same story, gm just keeps passifiying you until the warranty is up. These problems all still exist after multiple shop hrs. 2017 is still the same crap. The old tahoe was a proven solid machine. Gm should be ashamed of this thing. No more gm for me.

first time buying a Chevy and AC goes out 60k mile

This is the first Chevy I have owned. At 46, I have owned numerous Fords, but wife loved the look of the Tahoe so decided to take a chance. I put based used in August 2017 just as factory warranty had expired. 4 months later AC is out. Looks like it would s a common problem and very costly. Guess I should have stayed loyal to Ford.

I bought my brand new Tahoe 2015, the shaking problem start 7 months later and i have brought the car to the dealer already 7 times for the same problem and add some, signal turn doesnt stop, light engine on who knows for what reason, ... since and they still not fix the problem and GM doesnt want exchange or work for a good deal, GM says bring the car we going to fix it, after 7 times you did nothing but waste my time ... really bad experience choice and GM customer service. This is my 3rd Tahoe always brand new, no problem at all with my 2 previous Tahoe and 2 Camaros in the last 8 years, my husbanf and I love Chevy but ...

New Fuel Saving Technology burns oil

We have had the Tahoe for 4 years and generally love this rugged and roomy vehicle. All the features and performance are as we expect, but with one glaring exception. The engine comes with "cylinder disabling technology" and this means that sometimes your big V8 will shut off 4 of the 8 cylinders and downgrade to a V4 at low speeds and while doing econo-driving. This is a great assist for fuel economy but the bottom line is those four dead cylinders are still attached to the crankshaft and are being dragged along. An apparent unintended consequence of this technology is much higher than normal oil consumption. It took us awhile to figure out where all the disappearing oil on a brand new vehicle went to, but indeed, after about 2 years of testing we have figured out these big Tahoe's with the V4/V8 technology will consume about a quart of oil every 1300-1500 miles. That means you won't even make it a full 5000 miles between oil changes without the low oil alerts coming on, and you will need to supplement the oil level with 2 to 3 quarts before you get to your regular scheduled oil change. GM can make a nice non-oil burning V8 in their sleep, but they seem to be struggling with this technology that switches it down to a V4. Frankly, I like the vehicle so much, that I don't mind putting in a quart of oil every 1500 miles or so, but the wife is almost foaming at the mouth about the issue.
