love it
The vehicle is complicated with all the advanced technology in it. Although I have a college degree this vehicle can be challenging to drive. The main navigation/ stereo screen seems to be the biggest source of frustration, it needs to be much less complicated. I become very frustrated when I am listening to music but the navigation screen will not pull up, it wants to show the music stations mainly. Since it is a touch screen when it is cold your finger tips are not able to make the adjustment. The new issue I have had is the door electronic have frozen up, literally frozen, I have to park in a garage for the door to manually unlock, otherwise use your fob if it's in a frozen stage. Have a service appointment next week but since it will be in a service bay I am sure this issue will not present.

Dog gone car
Great comfortable car for traveling. Love it. After 3yrs with 28,000, hardly sees the snow or rain, frame rusting terribly!!! Concrete in new garage full of rust spots. GM offered to pay for 1/2 of the repair $500 which would entail removing the body, scraping the rust off, etc. Totally aware the product is defective. We were planning to rustproof Which will not solve the problem, just disguise the issue. Why should we the consumer pay for the defective product? AlrwDy paid over $60,000+!

Not as roomy as the Buick Enclave that I trade in
It is very hard to see to the right rear of the vehicle due to the height of the second row seat headrest that is not removable. I keep the second row and right rear seat folded down 95% of the time, I have never used the 3rd row seat. I find that is necessary to place my golf clubs inside the rear storage. There needs to be about 6 inches more room in the rear storage with the 3rd row seat folded down.

Great people carrier with a few Achilles heels
It will always start and get you where you are going. Great cargo capacity, the fold down seats are nice, and there is really good straight-ahead visibility. However, steering is weak and develops bangs and clunks over time and you will have to replace links and rods. There is no on-board GPS unless you subscribe to OnStar for $365 a year. The truck rides great when fully loaded, and is very bouncy and skittish when empty. The suspension was not designed for driving around town empty - lots of bounces and skitters on potholes and cracks. The air dam under the front bumper catches every single parking stop-brick in parking lots and garages and gets torn off repeatedly. The air conditioning system is guaranteed to crap out at some point, and the average GM mechanic seems clueless to diagnose and isolate the problem, they just start replacing expensive A/C parts one by one until it starts working again, at great cost to you. The real A/C problem is a design flaw that is well known. Lastly, the front corner and side pillars are HUGE and this is great for rollover strength, but I can't tell you how many times I've pulled up at a 4-way stop intersection thinking I'm the only car there, and the pillars have coincidentally completely masked another vehicle matching my same approach and speed, only to have the ghost vehicle pop out in front of my windshield at the last second. as if from nowhere. I now drive it with my head constantly whipping back and forth on both sides of pillars at all intersections, which is a pain in the butt. Other than that a pretty reliable and roomy vehicle that gets us where we need to go with a lot of cross-country hauling under its belt.
