I love my Maxx!

I have driven my car for 2.5 years now, and I absolutely love it. I drive quite a bit for work, and put on about 25,000 miles a year. I was fairly skeptical about buying a Chevy, but I decided to buy one since my Uncle works for GM. The extras in this car are unbeatable. The moon roof in the back and adjustable back seats give passengers a boost in comfort. I have had the dashboard vent "flutter" and the sun visor rattling issues. However, I took the car to the dealership and they fixed both under warranty. I have also had difficulties with the braking system. I had major rotor warpage at about 20,000 miles, and they fixed the problem under warranty. No problems since.

Horrible Interior Quality

Bought the car with 8K Miles, when the car reached 12K Miles door panels (door seams) started to turn yellow because of poor quality material used, dealership claims that this is normal wear. Multiple other problems, noises and ratles inside the car. Many of the problems are still there, GM customer service says they can't do anything since the dealer said its normal wear and tear. The car itself is good, but I will have to sell it soon, before the whole interios falls apart. Will never buy another Chevrolet, no wonder they are in such financial problems. Would not recomend this car to anyone.

Cross Country With Maxx

My wife and I started from NJ with a drive through Pa., Va., and now into Tennessee, with Arknsas, Oklahoma, Texas, NM and Tucson ahead. Maxx as been fuel efficient, carrying needed luggage for the trip plus a 4 day stay at the Opry Land Hotel and room to spare. Our ride has been comfortable, handling a dream and peppy enough to feel comfortable easing into lanes on Rte's 81 and 40, truckers and all. Visibility is good, braking effective. Surprising seating room inside for what is essentially a small vehicle on the outside. All in all, a serendipity among the brands and models. We are enjoying Maxx on the road!

'06 Maxx review

I just bought an '06 Maxx and love it so far. The only problems are the rear sun shades(1 broke the 1st day) and I seem to have a fluttering noise coming from the dash area. Otherwise, I love the power to economy ratio. It'll pass cars and gas stations.

I recommend the Maxx LTZ to anyone who loves functional space and long trip comfort. I average 24 mpg city and 30 on the Highway and have exceeded 34 mpg on some trips. A Large Size Pet Porter fits in the cargo area for hauling my 100 lb. labrador. A great amount of features for the money. As a performace oriented person, the LTZ is sufficient but I would love to try the SS on my next lease, as long as they add heated seats and auto dimming mirror options!
