Used 2011 Chevrolet Equinox Consumer Reviews
This vehicle has no power
Been in the shop 2 times and is not recommended. It has no power and now the worst part is that the dealer cannot fix my issue. Day 5 and I'm still waiting. They are not even sure how to fix it. It is a 2011 so how can they not know how to fix and program a BCM???? WOW GM! GOOD JOB, I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOU TO OTHERS!
Fuel mileage
Chevrolet estimates the fuel mileage at 32 mpg for highway use. I am averaging 21 mpg highway use. I questioned the Chevrolet dealership if they good make some adjustment to increase the mileage and I was told if there were no warning lights on that everything was performing properly. It would be interesting to see how GM comes up with their numbers. It certainly isn't real world data. Most of my driving is highway and normal speed limits with air conditioning on, no mountains.

What you see, it what you get!
Love, Love , Love this car! Every inch is perfection! Buy it, drive it, love it!
Excellent value, mostly reliable
Good car to own and operate for 7.5 years. It's been a good buy, good value, reasonably comfortable and mostly reliable. One major engine (cylinders) issue caught under warranty and covered. Entire a/c system has failed and been replaced, as well as main computer, as it neared 100k miles (105k now).

semi reliable car
I'm not going to lie, I love my car. I've had it for two years now and its only recently started to give me trouble. given that it's going on 8 years old I think that it's about time for it to have some issues. the only thing I really don't like about this car is the mpg. i can barely manage 22-25mpg which is not what was advertised. besides that it's a sturdy car. been in a couple of accidents that voice been worse in a different car.
