It' Dontov's fault

Back in 1964 while I was in High School this 1960 Vette 283 solid/lifter Car stopped the engine still on hi-idle and the exhaust singing that solid lifter song. Humm gotta get me one of those. Well four Tri-fives and a Brendla flatbottom later there it was a 1962 327/340hp Vette motor which I quickly installed in my 56 ht / with cutouts for cruz nights and stoplight rumbles ..... anyway since I now lived on the coast I knew this was the last of that 60 vette 2016 convertible ......... that 2020 is so like Ford & Ferrari The handling of the Z51 Track-Mode " Is always asking me ... is that all you got ... and we all like a little fishtail once in a while to see if your still breathing ......still test-driving ... and getting to know her ...( Traded the 56 & $$.$$$ ) for her still " Lost in the Sixties "

This is the best corvette I have ever owned . And I have owned 16 corvettes over th the last 45 years . The performance is breathtaking as well has is handling and breaking.

Still holds it's Value

Overall great sports car. Front end too low for certain driveways, mine included. Different drive modes are cool. I preferred the tour mode.. You don't fall in and climb out of a C7 like previous Vettes, but it is pretty low on entry and exit. Memory settings have an automated exit to make it easier to get out.

My Love of Corvettes

I have owned 11 Corvettes since I purchase my 1st new in 1965. The C7 is a very Good Corvette. Mine has been a relible car over the 7 years I have owned it. The only real problems I have had with it is the Automatic Transmission Shutter. This has required the TRIPLE FLUSH 2 times of which GM only paid for 1. The Electronics are a source of problems at times which the Navagation System is the biggest problem and GM has stopped offering the Up Dates.
