First American car I've bought in 23 years.
Unless you really need to be the fastest guy on the block, the 323 bhp V-6 is all you really need. I owned a 1982 Mustang GT that I bought new. I loved that car. This Camaro is faster, Granted technology has changed a lot in 33 years. I've owned several imports since 1988 when I traded my Mustang on an Integra. It's good to be back in American Metal. I am not brand loyal. I have owned every Japanese, German and American brand sold in the U.S. in the 36 years since I bought my first car. I compared the Camaro to the Mustang and the Challenger without any pre-conceived bias. I was looking at the base models. The Challenger was eliminated based on looks. It just isn't for me. It was close between the Camaro and Mustang. I really like the Mustang but since I've already owned one and I've liked the new Camaro since they came back, I went with the Camaro. The first Chevy I have purchased since 1979 when I bought my first car , a Chevy Monza. I now have about 800 miles on the Camaro. It has been great and I have adjusted to the rearward visability issues. The trunk is a little small but you don't buy a car like this for the trunk. If you are looking for a very reasonably priced American sports car, you can not go wrong with the Camaro ***Update after one year. I put less than 6000 miles on the Camaro in it's first year. I don't use the car as a daily driver. I have taken it on a road trip to Canada. It was great on the road for two of us. Seats were comfortable. Gas mileage was 30 mpg on the highway. I still get a lot of compliments for it being a relatively inexpensive car.

2105 2SS Commemorative Edition
The rearward poor visibility of this car is significant. The back up camera is not a luxury , it is a "must have" option. The interior has the same old hard plastic that has plagued the Camaro and the Corvette since their inception. The Camaro is not made for tall people.I am only 5'7" and my head almost scrapes the roof. With that being said , I absolutely love this car!I just recently purchased the 2015 2SS Commemorative Edition with the Summit White exterior and the Adrenaline Red interior. This car looks fabulous! It also runs and sounds fantastic!!! The exhaust note is hypnotic :) It sounds impressive even at a full stop when it is quietly rumbling. When you go down hill at low speeds it has stunning rumbling, burbling, popping sounds coming from the tailpipes. I am not a skilled driver by any means but this car feels very planted when you go around curves in the road. I feel very secure in this car. It has a 5* government rating in all the safety categories. The styling of this car is retro but even if this year had been the introduction of the Camaro , it would have been just as stunning. The only thing I have a concern about is the intermittent burning smell that I notice. It is not related to hard driving. I can go to the grocery store 3 miles away from home and only get into 4th gear and it will have that burning smell. I have the so-called premium audio system and it is pretty good for a factory system but it still needs a real subwoofer and not the 6x9's that Chevy has designated as "subwoofers." I did a lot of research on this car and I chose it instead of the Mustang GT and the Dodge Challenger. I just felt more secure in it than the other two mentioned during test drives. Bottom line is that this car looks very good , it sounds very good and it runs exceptionally well. I would not trade it for anything right now. When my boys leave home and graduate college , I am planning on getting a new Corvette. ( I almost got a used Corvette instead of this new Camaro!) Chevy makes some sexy cars!!!!

Perhaps Grounds for Commitment Procedings
A convertible sports/muscle car with a powerful V-8 engine is not for everyone and certainly not for the unschooled in the art of driving such a car. Since I'm an 82 year old retired corporate exec, my announcement that I'd bought a candy-apple red 2SS fully loaded "vert" sparked some thoughts among my children and wife as to my mental acuity. What they don't realize is I don't care what they or anyone else thinks. I wanted the car just as I wanted and bought years ago a Jag XK140, an Austin-Healy 3000 and a 1975 Camaro coupe. For the many years since those halcyon days I have tended toward Buicks and Cadillacs and still have a new quite sedate Cadillac XTS. The difference between the XTS and the SS is like the difference between, say, Deborah Kerr and Joan Collins. I think the analogy fits. I drive the SS because it instills in me the same joie de vivre of yore. I have thumbs up constantly from the neighborhood teens and twenty-somethings even though I'm sure many think I belong in an assisted living facility. Are there any negatives with the Camaro SS 'vert? Of course. It's impractical for virtually any endeavor except having a great time getting from Point A to B. The back seat is really for an overnight bag or perhaps the family dog who also loves the wind in its face. My antediluvian body, slowed badly by arthritis, has a hell of a time getting in and out of the driver's seat. It has abysmal gasoline mileage. That said, I enjoy looking at its truly enticing design. I smile when I turn the light on in my garage and see it waiting to go somewhere with me. Once in that car, though, and I kick on the 400 horses, put the top down, and leave my driveway, I'm back in college. To me that's worth the price of an occasional neighbor's raised eyebrow when I drive by. I've always liked Nike's edict: "Just do it!"

2015 Camaro LS is breathtaking
Before buying the third Camaro owned on my lifetime, I did extensive research on the 2015. I knew I wanted a V6 due to gas mileage which has so much power, who really needs an 8 cylinder? I wanted a stick shift and a unique color. I found an LS at my local dealership in Rock Red which is a high metallic that changes color depending on the lighting. Stunning. The body style is the most eye catching muscle car out there. I still find myself staring at her when I walk away. When I pass other Camaros in the same body style I always rubberneck to watch them. My dad bought a new Stang and it is nowhere near as gorgeous. The Camaros wide back end and big hips, the window shape, the angled front end and mean stare, curves and angles on all the right places. I've also owned a Stang but the Camaro takes the cake. I am glad I got in before the new shape came out with 2016, I am not as fond of the changes. Not only did the new Camaro get five out of five stars for safety but it's like sitting on a tank. As far as visibility, I am 5'5" and I did jack up my seat to be able to judge the length of the hood better but in maneuvering and backing up, I have no problems whatsoever. Use the windows and mirrors. I can see people around me easily. Yes the back end is high but you can still see enough with windows and mirrors and using caution. My car happens to be fine in the snow with the all season tires plus some sand bags in the back. Better than the Stang! Love all the features that come with the base model. I have gotten so many compliments on the car, it is stunningly beautiful. Spacious inside except for back seat but my dog goes back there. Fast. Love the slightly raise hood. Love the simple duck tail spoiler. I looked at the new Stang, the Challenger and the Camaro and the choice was easy. You either are a Camaro person or you aren't. If you are, get the car. You'll absolutely fall deep in love as I have.

i didnt buy it for grocery shopping
My wife wanted a Camaro since she was a kid. Its so impractical that it shocked her and made her very happy. This car captures the bad ass essence retro look of the old ones. For pure stone cold good looks and driving feel it knocks it out of the park,. Its not for grocery shopping we have a Honda for shopping, Its not for bad weather we have a Silverado 3/4 ton for snow or hauling hay or horses, Its great for their grandmother hauling two little grandkids to school and back cause they say its so "cool" .We have a Suburban for taking them and their buddies to events. This is for looks and fun and it does the job perfectly. I don't understand complaints on here about long trips, no trunk room, little back seats. It also doesn't have a grenade launcher or machine guns on the side. (wish it did) Its not for everyone or everything. It does what it is made for perfectly, make a husband a hero when he gets it for his wife. Now 2019 and the update is we took it on a long trip and it was surprising. comfortable roomy once you are in. room for suitcases. Wife keeps it under a cover and in garage. only has 16279 miles

First American car I bought in 18 yrs
This is a fun to drive car with plenty of power and excellent handling. Feels solid and safe. Mine is red hot red-a beautiful car! Mine will not be used for grocery shopping or winter or bad weather driving and Moms better choose something else because it's going to be hard to get a car seat in the back and yes the visibility isn't so great-you have to be careful.

Take it from a pro!
I own an auto service/repair facility and have been in the industry for over 20 years. When the Camaro's concept was shown over 10 years ago, I said that if the production Camaro stays true to the concept, this will become one of the hottest selling sports cars on the road. The V6 is more than enough power, but in hot, humid areas like Georgia, it doesn't reach its full potential. Not to worry: when the oxygen rich cool weather comes, the engine will come to life...be aware! The chassis is very heavy which does hurt the power, but the trade for safety is worth it. I've read complaints about traction, and I don't get it. Sure, this thing isn't designed for ice skating, but the GM Traction Control system has been perfected and is reliable. Compared to its predecessor models from the '80's and '90's, the traction on this car is excellent. GM didn't go cheap on the brakes on any models. Four-wheel disc brakes with very good response makes even the base models awesome. They didn't go cheap on the base model's exhaust design either. It has true dual exhaust complete with individyal catalytic converters on each bank. Thetransmission is huge with a bell housing nearly as big as the Tahoe. They worked the bugs out of the new design that came with the 2010's. Chevy needs to stop with the body changes; the design is awesome - no need for modifications. If you buy the LS as I did, installing afyermarket fog lamps are easy. I installed mine in about an hour. Yes, there is a blind spot! The 3.6L is very solidly built. USE FULL SYNTHETIC! A high torque V6 like this has high oil consumption. I have the base model entertainment system which is ample since I have XM Radio. Here's the best part of owning the model with the 3.6L: beyond the excellent fuel mileage, the Camaro holds its resale value very, very well. So, if you are like me and plan to move up to the V8 on the next one, as long as you take care of the V6 model, your trade-in value will be excellent!

High geared 2LT RS
You should know this car with the 6 cylinder is to be driven with careful aggression to provide the performance. It is very torquey and fast when shifted to lower gears and high RPM level. With space it will generally control its domain over other vehicles on the road and it steers and brakes very well. In traffic you need to take care with the blind spot being ferocious on 3-4 lane road 1 lane over. In slower heavy traffic the 6 cylinder tends to transition meekly in auto or too aggressively when downshifted with paddle and changing lanes (a steady medium is hard to find when passing slow vehicles that are typically geared better for commuting at rush hour). But all of that becomes your risk..... and once you learn this you can drive the Camaro V6 to its maximum and eat up the road. In regard to interiors. The 2LT RS with leather and heads up display, navigation, onstar, electric seats etc. is simply another car apart from the base camaro. The interior is absolutely awesome and has much room up front for large adults with legs (more than the average mid-size sedan) . It is a 2 adult car and the family dogs easily fit in back over a padded cover.

2015 Chevy Camaro SS Auto transmission
L 99 6.2 L engines with A F M (active fuel management) have noisy valvetrain components. I love the car but hate the ticking valve(s). I didn't notice it during the test drive out in the open, but noticed it after a few days of owning it especially pulling into the garage or while idling next to a wall (drive thru window etc. ). I probably would not have bought it if I noticed it before purchase. I took it to my local Chevy dealer service dept.(I purchased it out of town at another Chevy dealer) to have it checked out and was told "the vehicle makes similar valvetrain noise" as other vehicles with the same engine. It only has 900 miles on it as of this review, so I haven't really driven it hard to give an assessment of acceleration and all out performance yet. The owners manual says no full throttle launches and do not exceed 4000 rpms until 1500 mile break-in . It handles and corners well and gets decent gas mileage. Update after 1 year of ownership and just over 5000 miles on it...Absolutely lovin' it. The valvetrain components are much quieter and smoother now that it's broken-in and seems to have a bit more power too, it's a pleasure to drive. I've gotten many compliments on the looks and sound of car. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase now. After 7 months of ownership and 3200 miles on the car the engine is less noisy but I can still hear some ticking, but overall I am satisfied with the car and it's a lot of fun to drive.

burns Oil from day one
At 73 I decided to get my last car. Convertible-Manual transmission- Didnt have 40 miles on it had it repainted at a tune of four thousand dollars -the old school black cherry-Even had the Lamborghini doors installed 18 Hundred - Also had the rims powder coated to match the car 650 bucks. For an old 72 year old man Im happy, Car looking good <> But not as good looking as me-Ha Ha- Then it started the fking thing started using oil, One to 1 1/2 quarts of oil every 2 thousand mile. Go to the dealer. They put me on Chevrolet Oil consumption program. To date February of 2018 I have 21 thousand miles on it {} And it still burns oil at the same rate. I have a letter from Chevrolet Customer Service Department on Chevrolet letter head stating that the use of using one quart of oil every 2 thousand miles is in their guidelines of except ability. So I lay down 30 thousand for a brand new car that burns oil AND Chevrolet view is that is ACCEPTABLE to them on the car. ACCEPTABLE Really <> Been driving different types of car's scents I've been 15 and I have NEVER HAD a new car use oil between oil changes ( I change every 3 thousand miles ) I'm NOT all warm and fuzzy over this. Like the car if not I wouldn't have spent the extra money to get it the way I wanted it. And I'm tired of them acting like _Oh thats normal _ There has to be a reason why the dam thing is using oil or other wise every dam 2015 would be using oil. Ive ask my dealer how many brand new Chevrolets use's oil every two thousand miles ? He couldn't or didnt know: WHY dont you know so its not that common or is it common ? Still said he didnt know.

convertible in paradise
Rented a convertible in hawaii that had 16 miles on it. V6 had good power at speed but really i mean really struggled to do a burnout in 1st with traction off. Back seat mostly was for gymnasts only. Looked very cool everywhere. Navigation was the worst ive ever dealt with. Incredibly the controls for it and stereo, heat made it very frustrating. Used phone instead and tried to stay away from the buttons. How hard is it to have useable technology. My 10 yeard old tom tom is better. That is embarassing just being from the country that designed it. Ugh chevy

CRAPPY RADIO
bought the car new June 2015. As of April 2020 only 25,000 miles. the radio has stopped working. the dealer is charging $650 to install a re-manufactured simple am/fm/cd radio w/blue tooth and SiriusXM. to unplug the old factory standard radio, and plug in the "new radio" will cost $300 for labor because the radio has to be "programmed". The radio cost $350. With tax the cost is $700. I went to a radio retailer and they would have charge $345 for the same radio, BUT, they said the couldn't "program'' it. So I had to get ripped off by a Chevy dealer. If you go to YouTube, you will see that Chevy has had many problems with the 5th generation radio's, but wouldn't replace them at GM's expense.
Not my first Camaro and will not be my last!
The 2015 Camaro 2LS is fantastic. I am stunned that the base trim on this V-6 Camaro has 323 HP and can go from 0-60 in 6 seconds. My first car was a 1985 Camaro base trim, it was a V-8 and it only had 155 HP. Because I don't abuse the HP, my Camaro gets very good gas mileage and I only have to fill the tank once per week, and my job is 48 miles from where I live round trip five days per week. The only downside are the sun visors; they are too small to keep the sun out of my eyes. I'm not sure why they were designed so small, but again, that's only a minor complaint.

Most potential for fun for the $
I bought it right when they released the info on the 2016. I wanted a retro style car and the Challenger which I think looks better drives like an ocean liner by comparison. The V6 does well, although lacking the torque of a V8 and requiring higher RPM to get the power down. People who don't own one of these always comment on why have a V6- except this V6 puts down more power than any of the V8 Camaros of the 60's 70's 80's or 90's. Even the big block SS396 was barely a match for the modern V6. When I bought my Camaro, it was really just something to drive to work and I already had a 2015 Impala (which is an awesome car with the same engine). Although I never intended to do it, I ended up taking the car to an autocross instead of my usual race car. It did REALLY well. The car can handle well and when driven hard- it doesn't do too bad. Of course, this meant the commuter started to get changed into something else. I added the 1/LE performance suspension with shocks/struts/springs/sway bars as well as the 1/LE Brembo brakes and a GM performance exhaust by Borla. This car is a beast on the autocross course and the high revving 6 and paddle shifters make it a pleasure. With some bolt-on mods, it's nearly the same output as the base V8 but happier at high revs. Now, onto the interior- Great seats, nice gauges although with the HUD, I never really look at the cluster. The MyLink works well, but sometimes switches input when it gets confused. Bluetooth always works. I bypassed the Boston Acoustics amp and run an Alpine with Polk speakers and a Polk sub. The stock system with the Kicker subwoofer option sounded good, but I usually look for more audio performance in any car I own. The lack of HD Radio was a surprise, as other MyLink equipped Chevies have HD Radio... and it sounds WAY better. My biggest complaint on interior is the 4-gauge cluster by the shifter. You can't see much of it. They also marked the bottom of the range with an orange marker that looks just like the orange pointer. Nothing like glancing at the gauges and two of them look as if there's a problem because you can't see the pointer- and it looks as if there's an orange pointer at the minimum/bottom end of the gauge. Ridiculous. Wish I had the change tray instead- as all the same info can be on your color display between the speedo and tach. The "luxury" 2LT should have auto climate control. Seriously, manual controls on the supposed "luxury" model? Ridiculous. The trunk is tiny, a spare tire is an option (this is a lousy trend). The back seat is tiny, but my 10 year old and 7 year old don't mind it at all when we take this car places. All in all, it's a fun car. I can't think of what other car I could have purchased with 335 horsepower, paddle shifters, leather and heated seats etc for only $24K. Sticker was $34K, I think, but got a discount through work right before I retired from GM. *****update at three years and 21,000 miles No problems at all on this car. I switched it to aftermarket 20" wheels so of course it rides stiffer with the shorter sidewalls. I put the 19" originals back on for the winter just in case it needs to be driven- but it's just a backup car in the winter months. If you plan to use the original 19" wheels with Brembo brake upgrades you will need a small 3mm spacer for the front. It rides SO much better on the 19's. Fuel economy is disappointing, but not surprising. When you drive a V6 hard to make up for the lack of torque, it goes through gas quickly. No breakdowns, no failures of any components. Quality seems to be excellent so far. **** UPDATE at 4.5 years of ownership and 28,900 miles It's now about 388HP with tuning and mods. Same day mine was on the dyno, a supercharged 2014 V6 hit 510HP. With a tune and some mods, I'm in the high 13's in the quarter mile and more than one lateral G for handling. It's no supercar and not the fastest car on the road, but it's fun. It's still heavy and bulky, and even closing in on 400hp it's still working hard to haul the big car around. You HAVE to change the tires from the stock ones- it changes the handling immensely. I went to 20" wheels with 275/45 tires For some reason now, it's really confused when using recently updated iPods. It's impossible to select songs and the display hangs- going to reset the whole system and see what happens. My kids are now 12 and 9, they hate riding in the back. Might be time to sell the car, but I really enjoy it. Not a single breakdown, check engine light or problem. Twice, my electric trunk release stopped working but started working again the next day. No way to troubleshoot it since it corrects itself. I still have mad respect for this car, as it's been super reliable. I run snow tires in the winter and it gets around just fine in 6 months of snow covered roads. Update at 5 years. Still nothing broken, still gets regular autocross time and my wife is using it for HPDE days at the track.

beautiful car
I just bought a camaro 2 days ago. I LOVE IT. The car is sooo pretty and the ride is absolutely not noisy, I really don't know what that person is talking about. It handles so well on the road and turns. Voted Best car for handling. The only thing that does make me a little nervous, the drivers side does have a blind spot. You just have to be very careful and know your surroundings at all times. Get the car. You will Absolutely love it. I Do, so happy my husband got it for me.

Buyer beware
This car is excessively noisy on the highway. The layout and positioning of the gauge package is such that the climate controls make reading some of the gauges difficult or impossible. There is nothing precision about the power top. When closing the top it requires muscle power to pull the top down to the point it is flush with the top of the windshield so you can manually lock it in position. Have have now owned two BMW's with power tops that not only lie flush with the top of the windshield but lock themselves. With an MSRP of over $40,000.00 you would expect the car to have push button starting. Not this car. Not only does it not have this feature the ignition is located on the steering column in a place that cannot be seen from the drivers seat unless you lean over and look around the side of the steering wheel. Also the key fob for this car does not have the flip out key, just a big empty space. It has a regular key hanging from the fob. When I asked why I was told that drivers kept breaking the flip out key off in the ignition with their knee. On a recent trip to Northern Virginia I deviated from the planned route. Traffic was bad and having lived up there I knew a bypass route. I expected the navigation system to "recalculate" after it told me to turn around a given number of times as every other Nav system I've owned. Wrong! After directing me to turn around about 6 times the system locked up. The only way to unlock it was to pull off the road, stop the engine and then restart it. The Nav system then rebooted. I called Chevrolet to inquire about this and after requesting the cars vin they came back and said the Nav system on my car does not recalculate. I asked who made the system and was told Panasonic. If Panasonic really did make it it was to Chevy's specs. The car has great lines but it is only a facade. After purchasing this car I also bought a Suburu Forester touring model. It's sticker was over $7000 less but it has dual zone auto climate control, adaptive cruise control, lane deviation, obstacle avoidance, cd player, and push button start. All items not to be found on the Camaro. And US manufacturers wonder why they are loosing to the imports.

Corporate Fast-food in car form
I'm in this because my 2015 WRX was rear ended. My 2015 WRX and 2008 VW Rabbit MkV are the reference cars for this review. I know it's not a V8 but a V6 should have plenty of power to thrill. Even though the redline is at 7,000 rpms, the transmission is phenomenally resistant to going over 3,000 rpms when in "Sport" mode. The transmission behaves similarly to a Honda transmission where it's most happy when it's parked. You can manually shift the car with the paddles on the steering wheel, but the materials are so cheap that it sounds like a cat vomiting every time you pull one of them. The chassis is okay when going around corners but I wouldn't trust it on a back road. This thing has almost no traction (could be due to more economical tires installed by rental company... my WRX has new PSS tires that are phenomenal). Outward visibility is CRAP! You have to be paying attention to traffic, because someone can easily be sitting in your blind spot or could be approaching and you wouldn't see them. Parking this thing is all about guessing where the lines are. The roof line is so low that you can't see the signal lights when you're stopped in front of them. Rear visibility is as good as you get in a Lamborghini SV. The seats are made for fat people and don't hold you in place. The steering feels artificially heavy and you get no feedback from the road. Forget resting your arm out the window on a hot day when you just want to cruise. The window opening is too high and causes my swimmer's shoulder to want to come out of its socket. The steering wheel and armrests are placed and sized very well for comfort. Interior design is pretty damn good. The entertainment system is ok/frustrating. If you think Bose sound systems are good, then you won't complain. All the controls are well placed and function as you think they would. Receiving calls over Bluetooth is fine. The ride is very comfortable (again, compared to a 2015 WRX). CONCLUSION: This car is pure branding. You buy this because you want people to see you in a Camaro, even though a lot of car enthusiasts think this car is crap. It doesn't have the performance or thrills to overcome its shortcomings. I wouldn't trust this car in the rain. These cars are posers. (I've put over 20,000 miles on my WRX in a year. I've put maybe 150 miles on this Camaro.... and I already want to burn it)

It has got to go.
Bulky on the outside and cramped on the inside. It is a shame GM bothers with the back seat. GM should offer a rear seat delete kit. I would rather have a carpeted shelf to put a bag of groceries on than the joke of a back seat that's in it. If you need a back seat it doesn't fill the bill. If you don't need a back seat then buy a real sports car. I could not recommend this car to anyone. I have had mine a week and I am going to see what the dealer will offer with a buy back.

Not any more.
The 2015 Camaro is really a nice-looking car, something out of a cartoon come to life. Very adequate 6-cylinder 323 horsepower, this car has no trouble passing on dry roads. The interior was meant for bachelors and empty nesters, not families. The bucket seats are perfect for two; the cockpit is well laid out and all the instruments and controls are easy to reach. The power and agility is there on demand. The front goes out a bit, and converting from a front-wheel drive takes some getting used to. This car has too much power for city driving. It does not handle well on wet corners, and after only 300 miles I had to have the car repaired because the back end slipped out on me during a light rain negotiating a traffic circle and slammed into a curb, ruining my passenger rear wheel assembly. My whole attitude about muscle cars has changed, and this will be the last one for me, especially the last rear wheel drive car. I do not recommend this car except for dry roads only, summertime, and highway driving, otherwise, it is too intrusive and likely to cause an accident from too much acceleration. In the city, the car basically drives itself with no additional throttle, and too much foot-down is an accident waiting to happen, so after having the car for a short time I will be trading out of it at the earliest opportunity into something more capable in city driving and in the rain and light snow. I regret my purchase now, as this was something I could not discover on just the test drive going very slowly on dry roads. The stock P-Zero Nero tires are only good on straight and dry roads in warm weather, otherwise the 2015 Camaro is a liability and very dangerous. My only wish is that the dealer provided a 30-day trade in guarantee, but now that I've signed the contract I have to live with this beast until I can get back to a front-wheel drive car that handles much better than this. ------ UPDATE: I took the car back to Bill Pierre Chevrolet in Seattle, and they were gracious enough to trade me out of it. Whew! What a relief! Now I'm into a much better car, much safer, and front wheel drive and BACK SEATS! I must have been in some kind of trance, but now that I'm out of the dangerous and ego-centered Camaro, I can get on with my life and not have to look back and see if anyone is watching. No more ego trips, no more sliding around corners. Just look at the face of this car, esp. the 2017 Camaro. It's too aggressive, mean--like an animal. The new Camaro's are just too fat in the rear and too unstable with the default tires, unless you are on a closed track. But for commuting to work--uh uh, forget it!

2015 Camaro RS
This car wants to go fast. Handles the road very nicely. I purchased it used with only 1500 miles on it for 20K. The rear side visibility Is pretty bad so you must use your mirrors.

Awful
This is a car? It looks bad, gangsta style. I rented it because I had a choice, and I wanted to check what driving this thing is like. Very disappointing. Heavy, does not break and does not steer. Never again.

Know what you want, First.
Me: 62 bachelor, No family. My Camaro is a dream come true! 2015 RS. It's got 99% of all the features, V6 = better gas, longer lasting, less maintenance, lower insurance. Are you that immature to pay more just to impress? Impress the judge? 323HP is plenty to negotiate the freeway. Bottom line, a cool, mean looking muscle car that makes for a great daily driver. Just replace the exhaust system with a meatier sounding one. The Camaro deserves respect! A classic muscle car commands the growl of it's ancestors. Personally, never had a problem with the back side windows. In fact their now covered with louvers. Don't need a back seat, but in case of an emergency, I can make due.The trunk opening too small? Give me a break. As a bachelor, there's plenty of room for my groceries, not to mention but the back seat folds down if I want to haul a surf board. Knowing that this might be the last car I'll ever own, I did a lot of research on my part. Granted, I was seriously considering a 2017 Honda Accord touring edition. Knowing Honda and Toyota's reputation as being the most reliable, cost effective cars on the planet it almost already decided for me. But knowing, I'll never have this kind of money to outright buy a car in full made me think. I've always wanted a Camaro, 69 being my favorite as a kid growing up in the 60s. So this was my chance. It's now or never. So, like I said, I did my research and was happy to learn that the Camaro was a decent reliable and affordable car overall. Granted not like the Honda, but a Honda isn't a badass 323HP machine, either. I'm beyond happy with my Camaro. It's a dream come true, literally.

Silent Beauty
While the body is certainly an eyecatcher, the interior is disappointing even on the newer versions. The newer versions have the GPS on the dashboard which aids in navigating in unfamiliar areas. I canceled my subscription to the navigational system in the 2015 where you had to talk to a live person who takes your destination and then switches you to a sub-par navigational system. On occasion I could not reach the person to give my desired destination which did not help when you are navigating in traffic. I eventually canceled that subscription. While the 6-cylinder has some pep, the engine lacks the powerful sound of the v-8 engine which I miss.
Love the ride
This is a beautiful car. Still loving it!!
