Love &hate relationship
Bought the car new. All was well until problems with ac started. First time the local dealer charged me over $700.00 to repair. That lasted 6 weeks. Brought the car back. They kept it for a week. They told me they think they found the problem but weren’t sure. Was advised if it persists the repair was going to run around $4,000.00. Decided to trade the car in for something else as we have had expensive repairs with Cadillacs in the past that should have been covered by recalls. Am now the proud owner of a Subaru Outback. Hopefully it will be more reliable.

Absolutely the Best Car I have Owned
Remains extremely stylish and up to date even though it is turning 6yr in a couple months. The Red Passion Tintcoat color turns eyes all the time. No issues with the engine or interior. For a guy, I don't feel like I am driving a feminine loiking SUV like the the appearance and stance of Lexus, Infinity or many other luxury SUVs. I bought it instead of leasing it because I knew I would love it long term and it has not let me down! Bought the base model for $38K and it is still worth 26k (only 36K miles and not a ding to be found). Tip: If you love your car, wash it 2x a month and hand wax it at least 2x a year if not more. It will pay dividends down the road.

The Best Ride
I was sold on comfort, safety and features. This car is the perfect one for me.
Dangerous at any speed
Not what I'd expect from Cadillac. Transmission shifts constantly. Auto lights won't stop brighting people. Nearly got ticket when the car kept turning on bright lights after I dimmed them. Auto windows are a hazzard to children. Hidden shift buttons behind steering wheel can unexpectedly shift to lower gear even in Drive. That nearly caused one accident so far. Cruise control will go up 5mph if you aren't careful about how you press the switch. Radio has no tune feature so your stuck with what it wants to play. If you have a family or live in a hilly or mountainous environment the constant shifting will drive you nuts. Save yourself the headache, buy something else.
