BMW V8- Hardtop.......Thrilling driver's car

I have owned many BMW's all the way from the BMW 320IS, to the E30 325IS, to the E60 V10 M5, and to this 2008 E93 M3 hardtop convertible.....They are all great cars to drive but in particular, is this V8 monster motor.....It has great power on demand when you press the M mode or just cruising. With all BMWs, maintaining the vehicle is a must and necessary but knowing all that, I have never had any issues with any BMWs I have owned. I highly recommend this M3 if you want a beautiful sounding V8 with 414 HP on tap.......

Not worth it

I always considered a convertible M3 as my dream car and in 2008 I went out and bought one- brand new. It was gorgeous and "impressive" but totally and absolutely not worth the sticker price. It had so many stupid quirks that I rarely drove it, preferring my Volvo station wagon (!). I will never again buy a BMW and I pity the poor guy who got mine when I dumped it after 2 years and only 15,000 miles. I'm glad I got the BMW bug out of my system, but it cost a lot to be cured!
