Many of you will dislike this vehicle because of the price point. Is it an upscale civic? Well yes, which is not necessarily a bad thing for me. I had 2 civic si in the past (8th gen/10th gen) and loved both cars. I don't really do much upgrades enthusiast wise other than intakes and minor bolt ons. Integra I'm quite happy with it stock. I'm at the age where I'm not speeding 75 mph down a city road anymore and this car has plenty of ponies for my needs. Handling I've always loved honda handling but that's just my personal opinion. The car handles sporty for spirited occasional drive down the road during my commute. Has plenty of room to fit my road bike for my weekend adventures. Note that this review is from a late late 30s man with no spouse or kids so that opinion may change but I see no problem as far as room for that either. Overall I was in a position to keep riding a hybrid suv falling asleep while driving and had the chance to pay almost the same monthly for a more active fun drive. For this car I feel as 6mt is the only way to go, if not there are better options (not a cvt fan). Fits my finance, fits my pleasure in drive, fits my needs, looks good exterior and interior imo so that's that for my review.

Fun car….but!

The car is a really fun car to drive! It’s packed with a ton of tech compared to my previous sedan. The red interior is super sharp and very comfortable. I’m giving three stars due to the fact that my car is having two fairly big issues. The first one involves the fuel tank filler neck. The car is throwing a code indicating a malfunction with the fuel evaporation sensing component in the filler neck. Parts are on backorder with no definitive repair date insight. This issue causes the vehicles revmatch function to be inoperative. That in and of itself is really no big deal as I have driven manuals my whole life without revmatch and managed just fine. The second issue is a malfunctioning auto-up window function on the drivers side window. This is a very recent issue and the car is headed to the dealership soon to be addressed. These two issues on a four month old, historically uber-reliable auto vehicle line is really unacceptable.

Best Integra yet!

Ok, I'll start this by first addressing all of the plebeian naysayers and automotive pundits that keep expressing disappointment over this car. This is the best Acura Integra ever. Period. I say this from my own storied and personal experience. I not only worked an Acura dealer from the late eighties until 2001, but have owned numerous Acuras and Hondas over the years. I have literally driven, or owned every gen of the Integra so my assessment is genuine. It is not to say that the Integra is perfect as it is not, but is is the best that Honda has yet produced. To set things right you have to start at the beginning. Integras have always been glorified Civics priced like Accords. That was always the conundrum for hardcore Honda/Acura buyers, the justification of paying Accord money for a car that was little more than a more sporty and gussied up version of the Honda Civic. The lines have always been blurry, but the Integra always seemed to snag the youth segment and in its glory days when modding was all the rage it was simply a really cool little car to own. Aside from the old Type R and new Type S, it never was and still isn't fast. It is a car for those that want a something a little sharper and upscale than a car like the Civic. An intended stepping stone into a more premium brand and to that end it meets it goal, mostly. Today's Integra is light years better than the sad two gen old Civic based ILX that it replaces. That said, Honda cheated the new Integra just a bit when it comes to interior refinement. The rest of the car works well. It is quick and handles quite well. Noise levels aside, it is generally comfortable especially with the A-Spec Tech's adjustable dampeners. On road noise, my daughter's 2011 Mazda 3S is quieter and being that Mazdas were not considered to be very quiet cars in those days so that's a huge hit against Acura given their intended upscale intent. All of that said, it is the interior that offers the most disappointment. They simply did not properly finish the inside of this car. It's like they got half way through the cabin and either lost interest, or thought that nobody would notice the cheapness that takes over, especially after you go past the front seats. Soft touch materials give way to hard plastic. Contrast accented seats with suede inserts give way to mono-colored vinyl. While the front accommodations might fall just a little bit short of expectations, the rear quarters are simply an unacceptable disappointment. Completely austere with only an armrest and USB-C ports for comfort. No rear seat vents, or accent lighting. Nothing truly premium whatsoever in its final execution. If there is one place where the Integra's excessive price argument can be made, it is in interior and especially the back seat. That is a shame because, in the end, if they had gotten that right I think that most reviews both herein and elsewhere in the auto press would have been quite a bit more positive. It is a nice car. The best Integra to date, but this Acura deserved a better interior and Honda should have done better in their final execution. Moving on, Acura is trying to cash in on that same youth based enthusiasm of yesteryear. While modding is not what it once was, there are quite a few performance companies out there that will let a new Integra owner's imagination run wild to their heart's content. So if the performance of a stock Integra is not good enough then there are mods out there for you. For the rest of us, it is simply a decent, sporty car with just enough flair to almost be worth it and that is where the rub comes in. The price. Adjusted for inflation the new Integra is right in line with all of the previous gen cars. Asking if it is really worth about $6000 more than a nearly identical Civic is like asking if an Audi A3 is really worth that much more than a VW GLI, or a BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is worth that much more than a Mini Clubman and so on. It comes down to the aesthetics involved when considering ownership of a premium brand car. It comes down to personal preference. That said, I bought this Integra because while I was trying to step down from a '21 TLX, I was not really wanting to loose all of the panache of owning an Acura. Was it worth it? I'm still figuring that out, but do keep circling back to the fact that the Integra, in its own right, is a nice car and given its intended competition such as the aforementioned Audi and BMW, it is worth the price of admission. Do I regret not spending less and getting a Civic? No way, but do I regret not spending the same and getting a new Accord Touring Hybrid? While that may be a tougher question, just as it was years ago. I chose the sportier, more engaging car of the two and from that standpoint alone I have no regrets and if something edgier than an everyday Honda is more appealing to you then Integra may be right for you, as well.

Goldilocks would love the Integra, it's just right

I'm in my 50's and I've done the go fast sports cars that have harsh rides and shift it yourself transmissions. I wasn't quite ready to dig up a good used Lincoln Town Car as I still wanted something playful and fun to drive that was also comfortable and got great fuel mileage. Ah! The Honda Civic would fit the bill...and I love the practicality of a hatchback...oh look...Honda makes the Civic in a hatchback. Oooh...and it has a Bose stereo. Nice. Hey Mr. Honda Salesperson...what's your best price on that Civic Hatchback Sport Touring. Huh? What do you mean MSRP of $37,000? I thought they were $33,000 MSRP, and I'm expecting a deal. Huh? Protection package? Market adjustment? Window tint? Lojack? But I don't want those things? What? They can't be removed? Can you sell me one that doesn't have all those additions? Oh, you don't have any that haven't been accessorized. Gotcha. Same day at the Acura dealer. Mr. Acura salesman, how much is this car? Oh..sticker price of $38,000. Ok. It has really nice red suede seats with adjustable lumbar. WHOA! This 16 speaker stereo blows the Bose in the Civic away. This electronically adjustable suspension is nice too. You sure you can't make me a deal? Oh? You have a CPO with 4500 miles on it...and it has an extended warranty to 100,000 miles? Really? How much? $36,000. No add ons? No "market adjustments"? Wow! Complementary loaner cars from the service department? Cool! You're tossing in complimentary all weather mats and 3 years of AcuraLink too? Thank you! Anyone who says the Integra is just an expensive Civic hasn't shopped the two cars. I have multiple Honda dealers in my area and ALL of them were marking up the Civic Hatchback almost to what an Integra costs. Having driven both, I can tell you the Integra is a much nicer car and the dealer experience is light years better. I really love my Integra. It's exactly what I wanted. Really fun to drive, rides nice...but not too nice. Still very engaging to drive. The CVT doesn't suck. Yes, I said it. I actually like it. No hunting for gears or constant shifting. Always seems to be giving me what I want when I want it. If you want "gears" it will emulate a 7 speed transmission with the paddles. And it "shifts" pretty quickly. It's fun to hustle it down a twisty back road. No...it's not "fast". It's got adequate power. Doesn't feel slow. Little 1.5L turbo is a torquey engine. It never struggles and you can hit triple digits faster than you think. It's not winning any races, but that's not what it's designed for...want that? Get the Type S. Oh...and I'm getting about 34mpg in mixed driving and can get nearly 40mpg on interstate trips at 70mph. The seats are very comfy. There is plenty of room. The hatchback is wonderful even if the lift over is a little higher than it should be...I don't really mind it as I'm tall. If you're looking at a high spec Civic. Stop by a few Honda dealers and try to work a deal...then go see your local Acura dealer (if you have one) and you will have a completely different experience. ***UPDATE 7/8/24*** 7 months into ownership and about 10,000 miles and the car is still a joy to own. I did have one issue. The steering rack needed to be replaced as it developed a notchy/sticky feeling. It's a known issue and my dealer got me squared away quickly. No other issues. Car is getting excellent fuel mileage. If I drive it easy, I can see up to 41mpg. Mixed driving without hypermiling, I'm getting about 35mpg. That's excellent!

Finally, I bought a car with a red interior! I've always wanted one and, well, I made it happen. Originally I was interested in the A-Spec Tech M/T but they are hard to come by in NE Ohio. It would take weeks to wait for one and, I assume, would require me to pay full MSRP. But the night before I bought it I test drove a 2023 WRX Limited with M/T, my second choice. After ten minutes of driving and talking with the salesman I thought--do I really want an M/T for my daily driver? No. I don't. (Sure, if I buy a second, used, fun car to drive infrequently I'd get an M/T.) Once I realized I could do without the M/T, I then looked at the A-Spec and compared it to the A-Spec Tech CVT. I decided I was OK with the less expensive model especially if I no longer wanted the M/T. All the safety features from the Tech model are included with the mid-level trim as well as the A-Spec exterior upgrades. I didn't even test drive the black and white A-Spec Tech CVT they had on the lot--blissful ignorance. The dealership had a Carbon metallic with red interior A-Spec and I was sold from the moment I saw her. I negotiated what I think is a great price and the dealer added the wireless charger as part of the deal. She drives fine. Would 25 or 50 more horsepower be nice? I guess. Before I left the dealership one of the salesman talked me through the car's features. He has an A-Spec Tech M/T and confessed that the novelty of the M/T wore off after about a month. We're both fifty-something and, well, driving with a M/T is a bit too much work. We have other priorities. She's too new for me to claim that I love her but from what I know right now, this one's just right.

Unfortunate Oversights

Great gas mileage and the turbo makes for rapid acceleration as needed! I like the Apple Car Play too. However, in the technology package, this car does not have Home Link buttons - to program your garage door or gate. So you either have to carry a 1980s looking remote control on the visor or download an APP you then have to try to open as you drive closer to home. Also the key fob doesn’t open the hatch, only unlocks it and there is no way to open the hatch from the cabin. So if you do any curb side pick up, you have to unlock then physically open the hatch. Irritating in the rain for sure. There are several blind spots while driving but the technology package does have sensors on the side mirrors that help. I’m disappointed in Acura on this one. I was anticipating the fun of my prior RSX with modern upgrades , but too many basics were left out.

I never wanted a Honda Civic Si

I bought an Integra A-Spec with the Tech pkg and CVT. The reviewer makes constant references to the Civic Si and focuses the extreme performance specs. I’d get thrown in jail for reckless driving if I drove like the reviewer with my foot mashed on either the brake or gas pedal. The Integra is not a racecar. But it is, however, well balanced and is a pleasure to drive. Driving it reminds me of my old Mini Cooper S Coupe except with a better ride. I bought the Integra because it is loaded with safety equipment. Also, the exterior styling is better than the Honda Civic Touring and it comes with an extra year of warranty. My favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control used in combination with the lane keeping and braking assist. When used together, the car drives through the worst freeway traffic jams by itself. Anyone that is buying this car because it has the same engine as a Honda Civic Si is missing the point.

Great all around hatch!

Traded in a 2019 Honda Accord 2.0T. Best car I've ever owned. An acceleration beast with a 14 second quarter mile. With that as a trade-in, the Integra cost me about 3K. However, the Accord couldn't accommodate my road bike, the occasional flea market purchase, or large, bulky items. The Integra has the versatility of an SUV, the handling of a sports car and the fuel economy of a hybrid. Loved my 1991 Integra 3 door hatch so much I preordered the 2023 A-spec without even a test ride. Have 2200 miles on this one and can't say enough good things about it. While it is not the acceleration beast the 2.0T with the 10 speed trans Accord was, the Integra does everything you ask of it. The handling, even with 235/40-18 all season tires is excellent! Others claim it needs summer tires but that just wouldn't work in the northeast and I can't imagine how much better they could make it. The ride, especially over bumps, is as good as, if not better than the Accord. Can't believe on four highway-only trips mileage averaged between 38 and 44! mpg on comfort mode with cruise set at 73. That dropped to 33 mixed city/highway on sport mode. All with regular fuel. It's roomier, thousands less expensive, and offers more standard features than the Benz CLA and Audi A4. Why buy a German that's less reliable, requires premium fuel and is much more expensive to maintain unless your small "ego" needs that kind of status symbol? Neither of those offer a hatch and you're saddled with 4 wheel drive whether you need it or not. I got through all kinds of snow with my previous Integra and I expect nothing less with the 2023. If you need to compete with other hot hatches in the rally circuit, wait for Acura to build the Type S. The only thing they would need to do is throw in their 2.0 turbo. If not, this one is an all around winner in its own right.

I love my 2023 Integra A-Spec manual with tech. I chose the platinum white pearl and so happy with my choice. This car gets a lot of looks and sounds pretty good. It’s powerful and responsive. The ELS 3D Surround Sound is class leading for a car in this price point. I considered BMW, Lexus, and Audi as options, but after driving the Integra and comparing prices, I’m happy with my choice. So far not one complaint! This gem does everything it should and does it well.

Fun to drive, fuel efficient, and surprisingly comfortable (both in terms of seating and ride compliance). I was looking at the GTI and other cars that cost much more money, but randomly decided to test-drive the Integra. What an amazing little car. Plus, the lift back gives it a shocking level of usable space given its size. An automatic Honda Civic Si in a tuxedo -- sign me up!

I would say for the price this car only has a 5 star in my heart because of how much I am in love with both the interior and exterior personally. There are other cars at this price point that are more bang for the buck but it is not just any other car to me on paper. As a long time acura owner I also did not think they would release another 6mt into their roster of cars so this was a very exciting purchase.

I owned a 2018 Honda Civic Si and I loved it. I was tired of taking it into the office everyday until I picked up this brand new 2023 Acura Integra with the manual and man do I love it. You'll be sure to wow people with the Acura badge and still have reliability and fuel efficiency as I'm averaging 35. If you're looking for an upgrade from the Civic or just want little bit of luxury with the perks of reliability and fuel economy, this is the car for you.

Get the A-Spec with Tech if you want a 5-star car.

For reference, I've owned at least 6 Hondas prior to this and traded in a 2019 Civic EX Hatch. I'll start with the good. The car is really fun to drive to drive and handles like a little sports car, despite the CVT transmission. As much as I would have really loved a 6spd, the CVT really isn't that bad and you can even pretend its a Ferrari with the paddle shifters. It gets good gas mileage (not as good as the old Civic), and rarely dips below 30mpg (mostly city) during the summer. Also great is the cockpit, dash, seats, and one of the best steering wheels I have ever had the pleasure of using. While I only have 20,000 miles on it so far, I suspect the reliability will be as one would expect from a Honda product. Also, this is a very sexy car. Especially in Apex Blue. The driver assist features are...good..maybe great but I really don't use them, unless I'm on the interstate for hours. Of course the hatchback is great. Now what's keeping this from being a 5-star review. Please don't skimp and missout on the A-Spec with the tech package, unless you truly do not care about the features. I do and have major FOMO. The sound system is serviceable, but honestly my old Civic sounded better. And the screen in the non-tech, it is lackluster and missing features like a trip computer (again the Civic had that). Again, if you get the tech package you can experience the best sound system in this segment and a much better display. No remote start (Civic EX had it, not sure if Tech does) and no heated steering wheel (extra option in both trims I believe). Another knock is the lack of ventilation in the rear, something top-trim Civics have. Now, why would I dock the score for something I did not purchase? Well, for one the interior has about two or three different annoying rattles in the dash and doors that I cannot trace down in this pseudo 'luxury' car. Made in USA and not Japan like Hondas of past. Another small gripe is the engine and exhaust is kinda loud. You don't really notice it until your at a stop light and the engine auto-off shuts off and the cabin goes nearly silent. Additionally, one this cars praises is also a negative. The sporty ride is very harsh. Every. Control. Joint. In the road. You feel them. I cannot say if the adaptive suspension in the Tech Package would make this better, but I'm sure it's a similar experience in the Civic SI. We opt to drive our 2016 Accord Sport on longer trips. Last but not a biggie, the glove box and center console are small, and the door nooks and nook under the radio/hvac controls is rather small. Our old Civic had a very good layout with plenty of places for things. To end, I do like, maybe love this car but it is not without faults. I don't agree with some that say "its just a Honda Civic". I disagree as I have driven the current gen and the differences are major. If you want just a econo box commuter, then maybe look at at Civic Sport Touring as the value is better. Those weren't available when I was shopping, not even to test drive. But the sporty fun with 20ish more horsepower might put a grin on your face. Oh, but get the top trim.

It stings me that I had to pay for dealer add ons that I wasn’t interested in. The car drives well and the manual transmission keeps it engaging. I am not a big fan of the build quality. The floor of the trunk feels weak and might get easily damaged. So despite having a large cargo space, the trunk may not be suited for heavy stuff. There are no cooled seats, which is needed for suede seats. There are no rear vents or rear heated seats. The steering wheel controls don’t play and pause music but you can skip between various audio sources.

I've leased and owned a variety of Honda and Acura vehicles over 25 years (1996 Accord, 1998 Accord, 2004 TL, 2007 Accord Coupe, 2009 RDX, 2012 TSX, 2012 MDX, 2015 Pilot, 2019 Odyssey, 2022 Odyssey, and now 2023 Integra). This is my first M/T car (part of my mid-life crisis), so learning to drive a manual has been very easy with a Honda gear box and clutch. If you are looking for an affordable "luxury" sedan (under $40K), you can't go wrong with with the new Integra. It's attractive, fits 5 (4 very comfortably), has a great hatch trunk, abundance of technology (including a heads up display), great infotainment & sound system, offers a M/T, good fuel economy, allows to fill 87, fun to drive, great warranty and reliability, and service included for 2 years/24K miles. I've put just over 300 miles on it in the first couple of weeks and really enjoy it as my daily driver, while my SQ5 is sitting by, watching with jealousy. It's not fast by any means (0-60 in about 7.1 sec), but is engaging and fun with a manual transmission. The only two complaints I have is that it is missing the HomeLink buttons, so I am forced to use a remote for my non-smart gate/garage doors and the back seats don't have AC ducts (although it's not bad back there due to small size of car and good AC circulation from the front). If Acura brings the Type S version with more power, manual transmission, HomeLink, rear AC, and sportier tires it will be a top seller in the small sport/luxury space, but at what price point? It's going to get awfully close to $50K, and likely during a correction/recessionary period. Thank you Acura for brining the Integra back, now listen to the feedback and make a few minor tweaks to keep the gas powered vehicle community excited and engaged.

I never liked Honda I’ve always been a Toyota fan. My family has a1990 Acura Integra growing up so I have always had fondness for Acura. This is certainly a luxury car that feels like it and is also fun to drive. Has a lot of pep and is quite zippy in sport mode. I own the 6-speed manual, I’ve never owned an automatic car, so when I discovered the Integra was being offered in manual I jumped on it! I own an Infiniti g37 as well and tbh I don’t really notice the difference in them so much in terms of sporty fun to drive cars. Handling is slightly different, but both are fast cars. I also don’t need to track or race my car, I just need to commute and travel with it. I highly recommend this car to anyone!!

If you want to compare the 2023 Integra to other cars, you can nitpick your areas of issue, as we all focus on different wants. Missing Homelink™️ on the rear view mirror? Search the ‘Net and you’ll find a few of us posted the Honda part# and simple How-To to swap out the mirror. Don’t like the acceleration of the automatic? I’m fairly certain Hondata will address that in the street (“CARB”) version of the ECU mod. Personally, I’ve not be enamored by many cars’ lines in recent years. Nothing before this car was priced well enough for me to give up a paid-off 2013 Cooper S. But I’m glad to be back in an Acura; my fifth since 1998. Got the A-spec Tech with black 19” wheels and it turns heads. But, more importantly … I love it!

Poor build quality ruins a good car

I bought my ‘23 Integra A-Spec because I thought it was a well designed, nicely packaged, practical, and fun daily driver. Honda *tried* to build a really good car here, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately the quality issues I’ve experienced in the first 12 months and 11,000mi have ruined it for me. Early on I found interior pieces which had been misassembled and had to be fixed, such as the mode selector switch next to the shifter which fell behind the panel. Annoying but not a huge deal by itself. But things have kept getting worse instead of better. At 3 months a piece of exterior window trim warped and started making incredible wind noise at highway speeds, which Acura fixed after 3 dealer visits and a couple of months waiting for the part. Since then I’ve been fighting an endless stream of squeaks, rattles, and buzzes. Something under the car groans every time I shift at low speed. There’s something that sounds like a rattlesnake behind the dash if the engine exceeds 4,000RPM. I have rattles in a door panel, the headliner, and somewhere else in the dash. The noises never end. In that respect the Integra is worse than anything I’ve owned including vehicles that were well over 100k miles by the time I sold them.

234 horsepower in a 3,074-pound six-speed manual

I traded in a 2022 Civic EX-L Hatchback because I forgot that I had put my name on a reserve list for the new Integra last year. A friend still has a 2022 Civic Si. The Integra 6MT is quicker (as confirmed by dyno testing by Hondata). Acura’s marketing advertises the Integra as having 200 HP when in fact it has 234 HP at the wheel (not the crank). At 3,074 pounds, that gives it a more favorable power-weight ratio than cars like the BMW 230i and even the VW GTI. I love everything about the new Integra. It’s noticeably roomier than the 2022 Civic hatch and the Civic Si, with significantly more features including adaptive suspension and a killer sound system.

This was my 8th Acura. Acura cars were meeting the expectations and always felt as you are driving a good car. Not the new Integra. The price went up significantly and car deteriorated at the same rate. New Integra is very hard in driving. You can feel every smallest bump on the road and crossing a railroad track is a torture. it is missing some very basic features like Home Link, seat memory and many many many other. The interior has nothing to do with luxury. I could not handle all these changes and got rid of the car.

This car is for specific buyers. If fun to drive is what you are looking for this car fits the bill. If fun to drive is what you want definitely get the manual. if you want a quiet sedate sedan look elsewhere this is not it. The seats sit low and are a bit firm. The car is not as quiet as other cars. The stock tires are very squishy corporate. The DWS06 replacements I put on should have been OEM. I say don’t buy this car unless fun is at the top of the list.

My lease ended for my 2020 Honda Accord Sport 1.5T and I really wasn’t looking forward to the new gen bodystyle of the 2023 Accord. They went backwards in my opinion. Fortunately, the lease programs for the new Accord and even the new Civic were well above my price range for cars I really wouldn’t be happy with. Luckily, I saw the Acura Integra winning North American Car of the Year and I decided to look into it. Landed a great deal on a 2023 Acura Integra Aspec Tech White with Red Interior. I didn’t even need to test drive it. It’s a honda after all. I instantly fell in love! I’ve always wanted red interior and i’m happy I got to stay in the Honda family, but now got to enjoy some luxury. The ride is quite enjoyable while switching dynamic modes. I love how the dash is setup compared to my old Accord. Speakers are excellent. Touchscreen is the perfect size and better than my old Accord. I never knew how much I needed all the bells and whistles such as the HUD display, memory seats, auto rain sensors, mirror tilt for parking, and auto dimming rear mirror. And the car is just an absolute beauty. Overall, I think Acura did a fantastic job with the new Integra. Highly recommend A++

This car was a huge disappointment. Everything about it is cheap. The stereo quality is awful, the ride is extremely rough even for a “sportier” car. I’ve had a few issues with the tailgate leaking water. This car is just a big let down and I wish I could return it. I drove it for three days and liked my 2017 Honda civic exl better.

My Favorite Car Yet!!!

This is my 3rd Acura and my favorite thus far. I've owned a 2013 Acura TL Tech, 2017 Acura ILX Tech and now the 2023 Acura Integra Tech A-Spec. The Acura TL Tech provided a luxe feel but it was too wide for my taste and made me feel like it was more of a family car...definitely not one for a single woman with no kids in her 20s. So I decided to switch it up for the Acura ILX Tech...loved the fact it was sleeker and suited me more looks-wise BUT after experiencing the more luxe cabin and smooth ride of the Acura TL Tech, the ILX just couldn't compare. When I found out the Acura Integra came out I went to the dealership to check it out AND fell in love. I did research on the car and decided to purchase it...6 months later I'm more in love with this car than when I first got it. The aesthetic is sporty plus sleek, the cabin is high-end to the max with the sporty A-Spec red & black seats plus the ambient lighting, the 9 inch infotainment screen with the tech in the dashboard too (no more two screen displays yaaaay!!!!), cellphone wireless charger, multiple usb/chargers slots in the front plus back of the car for your guests, the amazing ELS sound system, the massive trunk space AND the option to choose between comfort, sport and normal mode to determine the driving experience you want...this car is everything. The cabin is luxe, the ride especially on comfort mode is smooth, the sound system is amazing, the technology is on-point with Apple Carplay or Android Auto, all the bells and whistles...plus this car is so gorgeous, I turn heads when I pull-up and the compliments are endless. The car definitely provided the most bang for my bucks. Acura has been criticized for so long as being "boring" or too much like a Honda...that I feel like the critics automatically threw this car in the "another boring Acura" category. They compared this car to the Civic Si and I was like no way in hello kitty!!! My fiancé has a 2022 Civic Si...and my car is clearly the luxe option between the two cars. The main difference is the ride and features plus I believe that car is only offered with manual shift which is a no go for automatic drivers like me...plus how you going to offer the front seats to have the sporty red/black seats but the back seats are all black?!? PLEASE STOP WITH THE ACURA HATE!!! It's becoming a tadbit pathetic after Acura has clearly stepped their game up with all of their vehicles in 2022 and 2023. That 2024 Acura Integra S-Type is about to kill all of that noise...but if you're like me which is a person that uses their car just to go run errands, go to work, for simple drives and you don't need all of that engine power that an S-Type Acura provides, check out the 2023 Acura Integra Tech A-Spec. It's not only worth the money but you will get more for much less than Benz, Lexus, Audi and BMW are charging for their cars with reasonable maintenance costs.

I wanted this car tremendously since it came out and it was an absolutely horrible choice. I cannot recommend strongly enough to avoid the new Integra and probably Acura as a whole at this point. I have owned and been a daily driver for 6 Acura vehicles and 1 Accord since 2010 and I'm pretty sure these new Integra's must be secretly made by Kia or Nissan or maybe Alfa Romeo because literally within the first week it became apparent this car is garbage. The interior POPS and CRACKS and RATTLES and just makes so much noise constantly that if you don't keep the stereo on blasting, the symphony of noise generated from the interior is a PTSD inducing event. This car sounds like its 25 years old. The popping and cracking of the plastic started immediately. I have seen other commentors state they thought this was perhaps the noise of the interior components 'settling'. Stupidly, at first I thought the same thing despite it being perhaps less than logical as the car obviously didn't just come off the factory floor. The interior popping and cracking plastic noises continue to this day 8 months later, just as loud and aggressive and concerning as ever. I cannot have friends or family in this car because it's embarrassing. There's rattle from the driver seatbelt anchor constantly. The seat doesn't actually really feel like it's properly connected to the floor really. It doesn’t bother me from a comfort perspective, which is noteworthy because I have chronic pain issues, but the seats don’t really seem to have much substance to them at all – it sort of feels like one of those beach chairs where it’s just a piece of fabric attached to a frame at top and bottom. BOTH keys (both with new batteries I have replaced TWICE in 8 months) start the car only about 75% of the time. The rest of the time, you press the button and the car just beeps at you. SOMETIMES a message appears on the screen informing that the key needs to be touched to the start button to start the car because of no doubt abysmal quality. Most of the time when the car doesn't start, the car doesn't advise of the issue at all and just beeps at you stupidly wondering why it's the third time this week my 2024 Acura won't even start. The passenger front door has a wildly loud rattle over anything less than perfect road surfaces which often sounds as if there's a handful of screws or bolts just kinda rolling around in there and I've read at least one other report where a customer stated in fact that was exactly the issue. Now, the noise is beginning on the driver side door as well. Wireless carplay functionality is poor as the car and the phone frequently fail to connect and after one sits in the car restarting both the car and the phone multiple times and it still won't connect, it's time to just give up and forget it about. Hopefully I can maybe download some music to a usb stick because as mentioned before, driving this car without the stereo on makes me cry because it rattles like a 2001 mustang convertible. In fact, the stereo is the best part about this car. If you're considering the new Acura Integra, please be aware you're spending 40 grand on a rolling stereo. That's it. Speaking of noise, this is rather miniscule but apparently super emblematic of the entire Integra experience. When you start the car (IF IT STARTS) a cool little Acura/ Integra graphic thing displays on the speedo area and the car makes a sort of digital noise signature. It sounds cool, someone said it’s reference of something from a video game. Sometimes, instead of the correct noise, the car makes an alternate noise which basically sounds like someone dragging an empty beat up tin can through a dry gutter. Why this happens I have no idea and I would be shocked if anyone at Acura did either. Another cheap glitch in this low quality garbage car. The recall (apparently there might be another one in the works - I think they should just recall the entire car at this point I would rather drive a 2014 ILX any day of the week) is impossible to get addressed because no Acura dealers have the parts. In fact, it's not possible for me to get any of the issues on my car addressed because the location where I purchased it is about 3 hours away from where I live and the Acura dealers in Orlando want nothing to do with this car (nor do I at this point!). And perhaps, most egregious of all, the Acura dealership experience... WOW. THINGS ARE BLEAK IN 2025. My last personally owned Acura was a TSX and I have taken that car to probably at least 5 different Acura dealers and always was treated like a king. The post sales response across the board has been pathetic. This proposed merger of Honda and Nissan is making so much sense because clearly Honda's plan is to sell junk cars going forward and offer customers no support. Acura corporate has never responded to my concerns, but they have sent me several emails to take a survey letting them know how my experience was. I (stupidly, in the early days of having the car when I still somewhat liked it) attempted to have an accessory part installed at AutoNation Acura Orlando and possibly see if they could investigate some of the other concerns outlined above and JUST WOW. The inefficiency, lack of care, or concern, or intelligence and engagement at this dealership is abysmal. I think they might be run by AT&T actually, the customer service experience is very similar. AutoNation Acura Orlando also let me know the chance of ever having a service loaner from this dealership is literally about zero. Also, they broke a piece off the side mirror position selector switch on the drivers door while I was at this dealership for over an hour waiting for them to NOT install the part I had purchased, and not even bother to wash the car since I was waiting all that time for nothing. I attempted to work with another Acura dealer which is over an hour away from my house and was informed about the lack of parts for the current recall, that service loaners are not provided for recalls anyway (???) and that yes, for the other potential issues on my car, the opportunity of a service loaner is slim to none. I have rarely before been so comprehensively disappointed by a product which is new, and from a company with a fairly bullet proof reputation. It seems Honda Acura no longer cares about making quality vehicles OR taking care of customer issues so I'll make sure no one in my family or my circle ever considers a Honda product again. I look increasingly forward on a daily basis to the (hopefully very soon) day when it will make financial sense for me to offload this junk mobile.

I purchased a 2023 Integra A Spec CVT in December of 2022. Towards the end of 2023, I noticed some steering related issues. My Integra, with approx 9,500 miles has the Sticky Steering” issue, creating a major safety concern. In February 2024, Acura confirmed the steering issue and ordered a replacement steering rack under the new vehicle warranty. At first I was advised it would take about a week for the part. I was subsequently advised the steering rack is now on back order until Sept 2024!!!! Now my new Integra is in the shop, while I’m still making car payments. I created a case with Acura Relations, but to no avail. They are never available and my case manager never answers the phone. Stay away from the Integra!!!!

Not worth the price tag

For the price tag the design of this car seems to not be very well thought out. The center display is faced AWAY from the driver making it pretty obviously hard to see. I didn't notice this during the test drive because the displays base colors are dark grey with white lettering, colors that make the screen easy to see. Of course now that I own the car most of the time when I'm using the display I have my phone plugged using Apple car play for maps. Now the display angle becomes evident and it's really hard to see the directions. Another thing I now notice is that the position of the backup camera isn't well thought out either. When the car is in reverse I can see a bit of my license plate which is stange and when it rains forget about it I can't see at all. My previous car a 2020 honda civic never had this problem for far less money! I think there's something wrong with the placement of the backup camera causing it to be very susceptible to getting wet and rain drops blocking the view. The rear window is very small making it hard to see what's behind me and there seems to be a tint on everything from the center display to the rear view mirror making it really hard to see out of. I guess the car isn't all bad. One thing I do like is the hatchback. The extra room is noticeable for sure and it makes it easy to store large items in the trunk. I also like the driving modes. I think the comfort mode that I use when I'm not on the highway promotes safer driving and better fuel efficiency since the car doesn't gain speed as fast. Overall now that I've had this car for a couple weeks I don't see any real benefit of paying the higher price tag when I could have gotten a car that was designed better in the 25-28k range with better fuel efficiency.

Let me start off with the good. - It is great on gas, I can get close to 40 MPG when trying - Lots of tech features - Best factory audio system I've heard on a car under 70K - Exterior styling looks very nice The bad: - Rattles galore, everything rattles on the interior - Interior fit and finish is not great, trim doesn't line up in place or doesn't fit right - Crazy under powered, the car is slow even with the manual trans - Doesn't hold it's value like a normal Honda I may could live with the bad from above, but there is one thing I can't and I hate driving the car due to it. THE ROAD NOISE. Above 45-50 MPH and the cabin is so dang loud. On the highway it's live driving a tin can. Radio has to be cranked high to hear anything and the bluetooth is useless as everything thinks I am driving with the windows down. I've tried installing better tires and adding sound deadening to the hatch but it did not make much of a difference.

I have owned this car for 3 months so far, it is alright but it is fwd and i hate that. I also dislike how honda being who they are put 1.5t in a car that should have a 2.0 turbo. They make the car slow, and 4 door and then wonder why sales are low. I have been thinking about trading it in for a lexus those are more luxurious and better than owning a slightly better civic. It is eww

This car is beautiful, safe, smooth and luxurious. Great sound system. So much space in the trunk and they improved the cup holders. Came with free oil changes for three years. The A-spec package is the one to choose. A modders dream.

I totaled my 2022 Kia Forte GT so I was in the market for a new car, at the time most cars were selling over sticker but I was able to get the Integra at sicker. (now I know why) this car is not worth the premium price tag even at MSRP. The built quality is worse than any other car I've owned. The whole interior rattles, and I mean everything rattles and to imperfections in the paint from factory. The backup camera resolution is awful looks to be from 2011, at highway speeds the car is incredibly loud, everyone raves about the ELS sound system but its hard to tell since the door panels rattle with the slightest base. My previous 2022 Kia forte GT would be considered in the same class- sporty, same size and HP, but my Forte was a far superior car at half the price. It was quiet, no rattles, backup camera and infotainment was way head of Acura, cooled seats, rear ac vents, actual ambient lightning that change colors, and a spare tire-things the Integra is missing but should have at this price point. I recently went to try and trade it in and the value has tanked my dealer said they can't even get rid of them on the lot. If you're in the market for a fun sporty car, I would look at the Forte GT, just an overall better car and more engaging to drive.

Who determined that a family car became a sports c

If you’re history buff like I am about automobiles past, There was never and no such thing as a four-door, sports car ,And history shows us, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, and even in America’s early muscle car era Corvette, GTO, Malibu/Chevelle Fury Roadrunner, GTX Mustang Challenger, even Charger there was never a four-door sports car. If the car had four doors it’s considered a family car for some gentleman that had gotten married and lost his sports car because of his kids and the size of his family. This started in the early 80s when Datsun/Nissan decided to make Maxima and badge it as a four-door sports car. It was the worst thing that could ever happen because it changed the whole complexion of what a sports car should be.True sports car buffs like me would never buy a four-door car and push it off as a sports car but unfortunately, in this day and time, the only way you can buy a true sports car is to spend $80,000 dollars or more.It is really sad how these car companies are killing off the coupe and pushing people into family oriented Through sports cars that are four-door, Even SUVs, which are nothing but glorified station wagons determined that this was the way to go is horrible This is what the world has become ,Sad not every young man or woman in this world has got a family yet and needs to have a four-door Family car. Young people deserve a true sports car.!!!!

On my commute to Zion NP 39MPG. Returning downhill home 43 MPG. A delightful group of sweeping turns. Handled efficiently and pleasurable at highway speed. Power to pass and a feeling of true tracking and safety holding the road. Some road noise drowned out by the ELS 16 speaker sound system. Good traction on damp, wet and light snow covered roads. Bought cable chains for my 4,000 mile trip to the mid west in early Dec. Still in the box in spite of sloppy roads in Michigan and Indiana. With all the luggage in the hatch the car balances out and while slick bridges test traction. No sliding out of tracking in any major way. With cold temperatures and downhill grades or even on the flats of Nebraska gas mileage was incredible. Started this trip at 34,000 miles so the cars nicely broken in for hours and hours of day driving. Great night visibility with lights and automated high beams. Had to pass hundreds of semi’s. They ran at 70. Overtook them comfortably at 75-80. They saw me coming and adjusted accordingly. Returning home after 17 days on varied state highways and freeways my dealer called and offered me the same ASpec-Tech with no out of pocket in a new 2025 Integra. Now I’m breaking that one in knowing how reliable the 2023 was. Yea it’s pricey, but it’s the only thing I own. This is my way of guaranteeing safe and reliable trips to see the kids and grand kids. I miss my RSX and TLX from a few years ago. My memory of those 145,000 and 90,000 miles is fresh with economy and power. That’s why I have been a Honda guy recently. Lot’s of good experiences with Toyota’s and Lexus too. For now I’ve found my niche.

i’ve only had my 24 integra for about a week but i have to say i’m quite pleased with my purchase. Coming from a 23’ elantra (don’t ever want to see a hyundai logo again), i was surprised to find that the elantra actually had more features than the integra! then again i bought a base model integra at msrp. the interior is nothing special, though i am impressed with the exterior styling. for those who are comparing this to another civic with 1.5t, this engine actually accelerates better than what is said online as it has a more ideal tune from the factory. Between this and the civic si and integra i’d go with the integra solely based on the exterior styling. The cvt surprisingly also does a good job of making this feel much faster than it is, as well as keeping it in its power band. once you get passed a certain rpm the power is there and its quite a fun and practical car.
