Overall good, just minor drawbacks
I got this car wanting something nicer than a Toyota but not as expensive as a true luxury car. It fits the bill without breaking the bank too much. Pros: Great exterior styling, good comfort and sound system. Sturdily built in Japan. Incredible reliability ratings. Decent fuel economy for a semi-luxury car (38 mpg real world). Cons: Definitely not a real luxury car. Fuel economy not as good as non-luxury equivalents. Most non-luxury hybrids get nearly 50 mpg compared to the ES 300h's 38 mpg or so. No Android Auto or Apple Carplay, just Bluetooth. Suspension just average, not particularly good or bad. Overall I'm pretty happy with my 2017 ES 300h. It fits the niche audience that I fall under, but later down the road, I'd trade it for a well-equipped EV.

Great commuting and family car
I am a married mother with 3 kids, but I drive a lot for work and wanted a car with better fuel efficiency. This car has been fantastic-it us high end features and is fun to drive. As for when I am with my kids—our Britax full-size convertible car seats fit just fine in the back seat for my youngest kids, and these days my oldest son is 6’1” and he and his friends have nonissue fitting in the back seat when carpooling. The trunk is spacious and works fine for their sports equipment or whatever we happen to be transporting with us. I love setting a good example for my kids about being mindful of resource utilization and pollution, while not feeling like I have to sacrifice anything. We do have a mid-sized SUV for our occasional road trips, as this would be a bit small for a road trip for more than 3 people. When there are only 1-3 of us in the car for short trips, we choose the Lexus. We’ve had the car for nearly 5 years but even with the baseball dirt and goldfish, it looks like new!
Precisely the car I’ve been searching for
Patience has paid off: This car has every option package I was wanting and has been exceptionally well-cared for by the first owner!”
Luxury ride and Safety Equipment
The 2017 Lexus ES 300h does not give up luxury for comfort and safety. There is a reason it is hard to find one of these. Highly sought after hybrid that is well worth the money.

Oh what a feeling LEXUS
Found my 2017 Lexus on line, like new, less than $10,000, at a very reasonable price. Feel like I ride on a cloud, lots of pick up to escape south Florida drivers. Eases on down the road. So pleased.
