I have owned this Windstar for 105
days. It has spent 26 of those days
(24%) in the repair shop with a series
of failures. TSB's seem to be
announced by Ford 2 or 3 days after my
van suffers a failure. Anyone wana buy
Powerful Engine, Solid Feel.
Quality parts. The failure rate on
this Van is very very high. Work with
CSR's to make ownership less
stressful. Every one of my frequent
calls to Ford Customer Relations has
been met with sympathy and resistance.
