    Here are a couple suggestions.(1) Look close where the master cylinder bolts to the booster. If there is any sign of leakage of brake fluid on the surface of the booster usually at the bottom where the master cylinder bolts to the booster, then your master brake cylinder is going bad.     Here's the explanation from Chevrolet: It's normal for this engine. My explanation: There are 4 chains and 8 sprockets in this motor. I believe @ 50 mph the engine passes thru a first critical resonance and @ 60 mph it passes thru a secondary resonance, due to all these sprockets and chains.     Did your letters say it covered from 1999 to 2004 models? I used to own a 1999 tracker 2door. I got my letter over a month ago. But i also own a 2004 chevy tracker Zr-2 V-6. I havent gotten a letter for that model, even though my letter for my 99 tracker mentioned it covered all years of the tracker when it was last redesigned.
