Best car yet...
I have owned over 20 cars in my lifetime and the CC is the best yet. It will be 2 years old soon and I have logged 54k miles so far without a single issue. The only complaint was the excessive wheel gap and soft springs so I solved the "problem" with a set of Eibach lowering springs. Which is the way it should have been delivered from the factory in the first place. The handling is superb while still retaining ride comfort. I am averaging 35mpg on my commutes (80% highway/20% rural roads). Best mpg thus far has been 38. The clutch could have a little better feedback but the shifter is smooth and precise. The quality of the interior is impressive even with the vinyl seats.
The Underated VW CC
This car exceeded my expectations in a host of ways - great value for the money when originally released in 2009. With the 2013 change of model, the price has risen to match the quality level of the car. Fabulous handing and mileage - I could reach 36-40 mgp highway on flat roads like NJ Turnpike; averaged 31 mgp all around. Excellent, durable materials in cabin. Superb styling and equipment. Excellent front leg room for tall drivers and left leg rest. Slight hesitation typical of this 2.0T VW engine on take off. I had NO mechanical issues whatsoever. Only 2 minor annoyances: odd spring loading on the doors; default setting - only the driver's door unlocks on exiting the vehicle. Also note the DSG maintenance is pricey at $400 every 40K miles.

Great car to drive but super expensive to own and maintain
We got our VW 2010 CC luxury with 36K on it and within 8K the car has cost us a fortune to maintain and repair. On top of the very high sticker price (with options our car was about 35K MSRP and thankfully we got it for 20K used) Since then the windshield, auto sensing wipers, two front power windows, sunroof sliding cover, brand new tires, alignment, DSG service, oil leak (not covered under powertrain) Need for synthetic oil and super unleaded gas have cost us and the dealer a fortune (us 3.5K carmax 2K). As the car gets older one can only expect more gadgetry to fail, and very expensive maintenance (similar to BMW, Mercedes, audi). It also rattles a lot up front and has tons of road noise.
2010 CC VR6 4Motion
I live in the California Sierra, so AWD was important to me. I opted for the 4 motion VR6, although most professional reviews said it was not worth the money. I am glad I bought the VR6 4Motion. I have previously owned a MB C55, BMW M3, and a BMW X5 Sport. Out of all of these cars, the CC is my favorite because of excellent performance, great looks, and fairly good gas mileage. The car handles superbly on mountain roads. (Note that the VR6 does not come with the DSG transmission in the US-- many reviews are wrong about this).
Nice car with bad reliability issues
I owned my 2010 CC for over 5 years now, with a little over 69,000 miles. Here is my honest assessment: Positive: Design - The car looks great both inside and outside. Performance - Engine power is more than enough for a casual driver, acceleration is great, even for a 4-cylinder engine. Negative: Gas mileage - I am averaging around 22 MPG combined city/hi way driving-that's terrible for a 4-cylinder car! The only time I can get around 25 MPG is when I drive long distance on the freeway. Reliability - My transmission needed a major repair at around 36,000 miles (would not go to reverse), lucky for me, it was still under warranty. Carbon build-up is also a major concern. At around 57,000 miles, I got a 'check engine' light and then the car stalled. Had it towed to a dealer and the prognosis was excessive carbon build up in the intakes and failed fuel pump. It cost me over $3,700 to get it fixed. What bothers me is the carbon build up. After doing some research, I found out that, although carbon build up is an issue with all direct injection engine, VW's 2.0 TSI engines appears to be the most affected by it. Talking to a couple of technician at the dealer confirmed that carbon build up is an issue and the only way to completely get rid of it is to have it mechanically cleaned approximately every 60,000 miles. The way it is going now, I don't think I will be buying another Volkswagen again.

V6 killer
This is probably best used car you can get it on the market if you think driving is more then going from point A to point B (if not, then get Camry). This is 2.0T 200hp four banger with 207lb/ft torque. However, what is HUGE difference is DSG (Dual-Clutch Sequential Gearbox) with 6 gears. When shifts up, it changes gears in 0.065 seconds. Now guys, manual might be a little bit more fun to drive, but it just cannot keep up with my CC. Also, if you want to use full potential, get performance tires! If you are DIY guy/girl, this is perfect car. Probably this is most friendly car for people who like to change oils on their own. However, try to use full synthetic oils like Castrol 0W30 (GC).
Mercedes Nightmare
this has been the best car i have ever owned i will never go back to BMW or Mercedes but rather Volkswagen or Audi they have really stepped up their design and performance of their cars making them fun and inexpensive to drive. my Volkswagen cc vr6 4 motion so far is the best car i have owned.
CC VR 4motion
Hands down the best bang for the buck on the market. Handling excellent, fit and finish excellent. The interior is one of the best on the market today. Standard Sport Seats for rear seat passengers incredible. For only being out 1 year it has already achieved Cult status.
Love My cc
This car is fast, great to handle, and the gas mileage is approximately 600 miles to a tank. A bit on the small side for taller people. Very happy with my purchase.

I chose a 2010 CC over a 2009 Lexus IS250!
I bought a 2010 CC sport turbo last week with 17,939 miles and I absolutely LOVE it! I keep coming up with reasons to leave the house just to drive it. I compared it to a 2009 Lexus IS250 that I test-drove and the CC hands down won. Great price for a slightly larger sedan with luxurious qualities and better gas mileage than the Lexus! I test drove the CC for an entire day and honestly lost count how many heads it turned!!
2010 Volkswagen-CC ENGINE FAILUE
I bought a 2010 VW-CC in 2016; Firstly, I'm obsessed with the black & cream interior/body style. 1st issue I had was both front windows kept getting stuck. Next there was a recall because upon deployment of the driver's frontal air bag, excessive internal pressure caused the inflator to explode. Next the check engine light kept coming on after having my car serviced, I was told it had electrical issues. In February 2022, I start having issues later that year the engine completely FAILED!! It is a very beautiful car but DO NOT BUY this car!! it will stop in the middle of driving!!! Yes, Volkswagen has mastered the art of making beautiful car interiors, but it ends there, and they will not take accountability and do right by its consumers, very disappointed needless to say.

Cheap Light Bulbs
I'm also having issues with the tail lights, like someone else who has talked about it in his/her review. My car is now 6 months old, has 6000 miles on it, and I've had to get three tail light bulbs replaced. They keep going out one by one. It's a waste of time having to go to a dealership frequently to get them replaced. I still love the way this car looks, but I'm disappointed with its quality and performance. Road noise, wind noise, bumpy ride on potholes is all too annoying.
Saved from a snowstorm
The CC VR6 4Motion is a fantastic car indide and out that combines the favorite features of my past two (2005 Infiniti G35x and 2000 Passat GLX) and goes beyond them. It has the stability/solidity of the Passat and the driving fun of the G35x. ...and the best gizmos of each. I drove a ways from the MD burbs to the best dealer in the region (Lindsay), in VA. I arrived just as a snowstorm started. My drive back in now-blizzard conditions took 3 hours as cars were spinning out of control left and right. The CC was sure-footed the whole way. The VR6 isn't cheap, but it's not much more than my old V6 Passat and the same as the G35x, and better than both. I'd narrowed my search down to CC vs. A4.
A sweet shifting ride
Bought this CC Sport with manual 36 months ago with 30K miles. Now up to 58K and still very pleased. Was looking for something fun and kind of distinctive to replace a 10 year old Maxima and wanted to keep a manual transmission. Was concerned about VW reputation for problems, but so far, it's been okay. Had to replace water pump this last year for $900, and there were two other minor issues (under $250 to fix), so keeping fingers crossed. The transmission and engine are terrific and, so far, seem bulletproof. Plenty of power and love the turbo. A little lag, but that just makes it more fun when it spools up. Manual transmission is wonderful, smooth shifting, excellent ratios. Teaching my wife to drive stick and she likes it. I encourage everyone out there to seek out manual transmissions. They are disappearing and they shouldn't. It makes driving more fun and your maintenance costs will be lower -- there is a lot less to go wrong with a manual. And any complaints you hear about auto transmissions -- taking too long, software must need an upgrade, blah, blah, blah -- disappear with the manual. You decide when to shift, not the car, problems all solved. Okay, moving on, I am very pleased with this car. It looks great, nice lines, best view is from side. I have silver. When clean, it kind of looks like a spaceship. Tough to get out of, but that is the trade-off. Very comfortable once you are inside, cool red lights at night. All electronics still work. Bluetooth good. My only complaints are you can't get sunroof with the manual and I really, really miss that. Also, would really like a back up camera, because the sightlines on this very sleek car are really bad. For those reasons, and as I approach 60K miles, I started looking for a replacement, but after testing '13 G37, '15 Mazda 6 and '12 A4, I am actually more satisfied than ever with my CC. Think I will keep it longer and see what happens.

Still Love Driving my CC!
Purchased my CC a couple of years ago, used, with 30k miles on it and now have 61k on it. What a treat, every day. I have never enjoyed driving a car as much as I do my CC. I've had no breakdowns (knock on wood) and have only had to complete maintenance stuff -- which aren't cheap but I believe are part of the answer to keeping a great car up and going strong. I always recommend the CC to anyone else who asks about it. Keep up the great work, VW! Update 12.20.17 I am still loving driving my sweet CC. It has nearly 100,000 in it. Two drawbacks that I have encountered: First, because of how VW sets the camber if the wheels, I do eat through tires. But, the way it hugs the road is part of the joy and I understand that’s connected to the camber. Secondly, last year I had to pay for the mechatronics to be replaced on the transmission, which helped with an issue regarding to the car occasionally, temporarily, not engaging in Reverse until turning off the car and turning it back on again (which always fixed it). The up-side was that, after lots of back and forth with VW, they charged me 1/3 of the cost for the repair. A year later, and I am having similar issues again, though. Hoping to goodness that my tranny is ok and it’s something less big to repair/replace — like an electrical issue or the shifter itself. Stay tuned. 12/20/2018 Update 111,000 miles STILL love my sweet CC! Still consider it the beat and most enjoyable car I’ve owned. The issue with it every so often not going into reverse does occasionally still happen, but rarely. And it’s easy to deal with. No other issues. And still enjoy having the Bob Penkhus VW dealorship do all maintenance. They always treat me right and are very helpful. On long trips or just around town, it’s such a sweet ride and powerful. I’m quite hooked on the German engineering with the accompanying power and tight feel on the road. Great gas mileage too. I still get better than 35 mpg on the highway and 29 mpg all around. When I do decide to replace my CC, I hope to find a similar experience in another VW. I wonder if it will be possible. Hoping I can stay with VW and not be forced to spend a ton on an Audi.

Fun to drive, handsome, good MPG, happy owner!!
After 3 years and 30,000 miles, still love my 2010 VW CC white/tan , i prefer driving this than my 2008 Mercedes Benz E Class, I get as high as 35 MPG highway with A/C, interior is awesome, feels more expensive, very comfortable seats better than my Lexus and Benz, cornering is excellent, a little bumpy for my taste but thats to be expected for a car this low, acceleration is amazingly fast for a 4 cylinder car. love the "THUNK" when opening and closing the frameless doors!!! Only VW has that. overall, another VERY HAPPY VW CC owner, thinking of buying 2013 :)
Very Pleased with CC
I have had my 2010 CC Sport for over 12 months and have been very pleased with it. It drives very similar to the Audis i have had in the past including an S4. It is not nearly as quick, but provides you with a very tight drive. If you are looking for a cushy ride this is not it. This is tight German sports car that has excellent steering feel. Gas mileage has been averaging 25 - 30 mpg with a 6 speed.
2010 CC Sport owner for 1 yr
I completely agree with the review posted by Chris on 9/20/10 (see below). I have now owned this car for one year and I'm here with an update. I still love this car for its sleek looks and fuel economy. BUT, I really hate it for its harsh ride and excessive road noise. The frameless doors are cool but annoying, especially when they freeze up in the winter and don't lower as they should to allow you to get in. They also cause too much wind noise on windy days. The car also makes some rattling sounds on rough roads. It feels underpowered at low speeds. Next time I would consider a Ford or Buick simply for better noise insulation and smoother ride. The keys on CC's keyfob are also hard to push.
This car bad!
I am a former Toyota owner and this car is poor compared to it. I have been to the dealership 2x already. Low coolant, back tail light out. Minor problems but should I have any with less than 5000 miles? Heck no! It's jumpy at take off and not good on gas. I'm so disappointed and I will not purchase another. If you're thinking of getting one don't do it!
Regret Decision
This is the first car I ever purchased new and I really regret my decision to go with Volkswagen. The car is very noisy, has creaks and rattles in the front and back. I have taken it to the dealership approx 10 times and they still can't make it right! There is a very distinctive rattle in the front driver side when going over bumps and they replaced the strut, brakes and several other things and no luck. Now they say it is normal!! Also, the plastic trim behind the rear window cracked for no reason, they don't know how that happened but said they will replace it. The part has been on order for a month!! There is also a major delay from punching the gas to actually accelerating!
Looks aren't everything.
I bought this car simply cuz I loved the sleek shape. I also wanted a German car, but couldn't afford the luxury makes. I'm still very happy with the car, two months after the purchase, but don't like a few things about it. The ride is bumpy (suspension too firm for my taste), wind noise is strong on windy days, maybe because the frameless windows don't seal very tightly. Seating is low like a sports car. I hear a few rattling sounds when driven over potholes. Brake pedal is soft. Transmission upshifts are seamless, but downshifts not as quick. Rear visibility while backing up is poor because of the high trunk and the angle of the back window, so camera option is a must.
Good not great
Wife & I have had this car for over 3 months and it hasn't given us any problems. My wife loves it but I have some reservations. There are numerous things that need to be improved upon. This car does not offer a smooth nor quiet ride. The HVAC system is loud and can't keep up when outside temp is above 90. The far left and right air vents in the dash are worthless, as they can't be angled enough to hit the driver or front passenger. No seat memory. Not a fan of the seamless door windows, as one of windows already squeaks every time you get in or out of the car. 1st gear isn't very smooth and the engine shudders until the turbo kicks in. If I wasn't pressured by my wife I woulda kept looking.
First VW
I have had the car going on two months and every trip is blast. I am still amazed at how much power the four puts out. The car hugs the road, the steering is very responsive and the unique window/trim setup makes for almost zero wind noise. My car did not come with a CC badge (I like that) and people are always asking what is that cool looking car!
Reviews helped me choose
I have had my CC since 11-17-09 and have waited a bit to comment. Reviews helped me decide to choose this car so I will return the favor. Exterior styling is dazzling and leaves people looking. Interior is comfortable and feels natural once I get in the car. I am 6' 220 so getting in and out can be tricky but once I am in, very nice. Handling is far better than I had thought possible for the money and the turbo 4 has plenty of spunk, in sport mode the car will get you on the interstate and into flow without any worries. Fuel economy is about 23 in town and freeway looks like about 32-34. Great standard stereo, lots of extras. This car will make you want to drive it so go test drive one!
The absolute worst car I have owned since....
This is the worst car I have owned since I only had $1700 and I was 17. Broke down like clock work every 3k miles. New transmission, new fuel injectors, supposed "corrosion build up" that I paid for after 50k miles because the right brands of gasoline weren't used...I used the "recommended Top Tier" gasolines per VW. Had to have the whole radio replaced, no bluetooth compatibility, then my car broke down again, then again....then after it broke down again, another fuel injector went out. I was "afforded" a 2014 TDI Passat to drive while under repair. All the electronics we screwed up on it so I couldn't use navigation...due to a yet to arrive "software update" Next, I had a turbo Beetle, the "sport gauges" failed, including turbo pressure and oil temperature at regular intervals, a driving light was already out...all at 8k miles. My advice....STAY AWAY from VW. Absolutely the worst car company I know. I would rather drive a Chevy Cruze than these pieces of ....

2 Year / 30K Mile Update - Perfect!!!
I've owned this car since new for two years and 30k miles now, and all I can say this is probably one of the best cars I've ever bought. It remains quiet, comfortable, handles great, and fun to drive. I consistently get 34MPG on the open road, with 26-28MPG in mix driving. The interior, paint, and mechanicals are holding up with little signs of wear. All in all, it's a terrific car!!!
CC disappoints
I've had my CC for 4.5 months. It's been in the shop for a month. I've had difficulty with the transmission being grabby, lurching, inconsistent. Throttle activity has been unpredictable. I never know how the car is going to respond when I hit the gas. VW has replaced my gearbox. Now, a month later, the problem is beginning to recur. I have difficulty with visibility. The bottom of the windshield is a straight horizontal. The hood curves off into oblivion on the outside corners, so it's impossible to tell how close your are to a curb or wall in front of you. The automatic up and down motion of the frameless windows as you exit and enter the car gets annoying with time.
Stay away from these vehicles
I purchased this vehicle for my son 2 months ago. The appearance of the CC is great but within 2 months I had to have it towed twice due to fuel injectors. Fortunately Volkswagon extended the warranty up to 120,000 miles obviously because of problems with fuel injectors. Rather than replacing all 4 they would only replace the faulty one so about 10 days later I had to have it towed again for another fuel injector. I had the rear main seal replaced for a cost of $1,200. Replaced the 2 rear tires due to cupping. Replaced 2 tail light bulbs. The check engine light came on at least 3 times. Picked this CC up from the VW yesterday with a bill just over $500 to replace PCV assembly and to clean oil off of engine. I purchased the car for $4,900 and have a total of just over 7k invested. This vehicle had 96000 miles on it when purchased. Prior to this car we had a 1997 Honda Prelude with over 160000 miles on it which we never were left stranded and never had it towed. I realized this was a huge mistake buying and spending so much money trying to keep it running so while the vehicle was at the VW dealer I decided to trade it in on anything but a Volkswagon. The used car sales manager told me basically a CC with high miles are junk. He said to look around his lot and you will not see a CC anywhere for that reason. I did see 3 CCs parked around the service department. He offered me $1,500 to trade it in. This made me sick so I started searching for a used Honda Civic which I found for a great price from another dealer. This Dealer showed me this vehicle should sell for $2900 at an auction and without even seeing it he offered me $3500 for it which I jumped on. I will never own another Volkswagon and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from them. I am sick over this because they look like a beautiful vehicle.

VW Headache
This is nothing more than a Jetta with a new suit of clothes. Nothing but trouble from day one. Totally unreliable and falling apart. Can't wait for lease end to dump this bad boy.
WARP DRIVE
Hey,this car is very cool,it has all the power any sane person could want via the 2.0 turbo... However VW wants to accept the least responsibility possible for their design flaws. So here it is the transmission hesitates on take off and the folks at VW just blow it off as something they are researching and taking note of... This isn't good business but they could care less,I would expect this from YUGO or some other bust out group. These guys have already shown their colors after being busted on mpg and emission issues... Hey VW clean up your act and put a few more dollars into what your building, people will pay more for solid performing cars but you as a corporation shouldn't expect second chances when the consumer is getting cheated out of a reasonable expectation.

Love the car - suggest the manual trans
Had for 6 months, no complaints. Test drove the automatic and went with the 6 speed manual (which leaves you with the sport model). I would have liked the sunroof and the homelink from the Lux model, but for anyone who has not drove one of these with the manual transmission, you are missing this car at its best.
Love this car
Bought it last summer with pleanty of driving in my future. It turns heads. Fun to drive, the sport setting on the transmission is perfect. I've driven this all over the country and loved every mile. It handles like a dream over desert hwy and curvy mountain roads. I upgraded from my second Jetta and couldn't be happier. I love this car as much as I loved my IS300.
Great car
I love driving this car, I have a Nissan Z convertible, and I always drive my VW CC, great handling, low maintenance cost, oil change is once a year, I have had no problems out of this car. Highly recommended, anyone looking to buy this car get it, you will not be disappointed.

Never again!
Horrible car, been trying to get someone to look at my car bc it wasn’t reversing and stalling since 2015. Trying to fight to get help, it finally goes to corporate and they said bc it’s years later they can’t help. I tried to resolve it at only vw dealerships and they said they will speak to their manager but nothing happens. Just follow my Twitter @onikonobitv and you can see some of the stuff what happened with me and corporate. They did absolute nothing to help me when I was composing and took it to vw for years about this issue. Never buying vw again. I will be taking legal action and contacting good morning America, abc news again. They wrote and an investigation was done and that’s when vw started taking care of other cars. The 2012 cc has the same exact issue recall as my 2010 but they never took care of the issue and would always put a band aid on it to make me think it’s fixed when in reality they knew what that was. I took it to galphin auto near Los Angeles and for some reason they don’t have record but I have the order receipt right in front of me. So glad my father always told me to keep my documents bc you never know.

Worst mistake ever!!
Shortly after we purchased the car, our car won’t even reverse and randomly stalls while driving or sitting at a red light. I’ve spent so much money in repairs for this car and screaming how no one can help me, they don’t know the real issue with this car. This car is not safe for my family, I’ve contacted VW of America and the rep was no help at all. Told me I have to pay for diagnose fee again to see what’s wrong. Extremely horrible service. I’ve contacted VW on twitter and they reached out to me saying to send them my info for my car but nothing after that. What they are doing is wrong and it seems others are having the same exact issue. The cc 2011 and newer got called for a recall with no charge. Why not the 2010?!! Such a crappy car... and my stalled three times just now on my way to work and I almost crashed into someone. Thanks Volkswagen

Biggest mistake of my LIFE
Never get this car. I've had it for less than 2 months and I've already spent $2500 in repairs on it. Its spent the last 3 weeks in the shop getting *expensive* repairs done, and I've had it for one day and there's already an oil leak from God knows where. Never buying a VW ever again. Have to get rid of this car now.

V6 CC - Rarity!!
I LOVE my CC! This car has served me well over the past 8 years and I do NOT look forward to replacing it at the end of its usage. I now understand how to manage the tires (rotate every 5k) and have kept her well maintained. 06/18/19 - still love the car even after a large maintenance bill!

2010 VW CC Sport 6M
Best car I've ever owned. Stronger acceleration than my VR6 Jetta GLX and much better looking. V-Tex seats are beautiful.
Best one yet!
This is my third vw. And bye far the best one yet! I've been leasing vdubs for the past 7 years and have been very happy.I picked this one up in July and I'm thinking about buying it at the end of my lease. It's fun to drive, and has plenty of power and I really like the way it looks, and another cool thing about this one, all I have to do is put gas in it for the next three years cause vw has a great promo, free service! I will never get tired of the looks I get. People stop you all the time to ask what kind of car your driving. If your thinking about a new car I think you should put this one on your list of cars to test drive.
Plastic Molding is Cheap
The plastic molding under the windshield is cracking and the dealership will no honor warranty. Also the molding under the rear window is cracking. It's probably due to our hot summers (100+). Still the car has only 8k miles and the warranty is crap, what happened to bumper-to- bumper. Why does car shake when moving after complete stop, I do use 91 gas.
Beautiful & fun to drive, buuuuttt....
Bought a CPO R-Line and I'm glad I did e cause of the issues I experienced immediately with the transmission: wouldnt shift out of first and one night it wouldnt shift out of park. Had to keep slamming the gearshift in and out park until whatever was going on in the transmission released so the tow truck driver could pull it onto flatbed. I give it a 3 because this car is a looker and fun to drive. I loved it for that reason. But boy is it expensive to maintain. And that is a real problem at this stage of its life because that is what you will be doing because the car is full of issues. The car will tell you it has an issue and then 2 days later basically say nevermind. If you are considering buying this car, don't. The looks and driving experience are seduciive, but the maintenance (on par with BMW, Mercedes, and Audi) will be a cold slap in the face...or should I say wallet?

Great Car But...
I was the 2nd owner of this car and I loved until it got to the 36,000 the transmission went out. Thank goodness it was under warranty. I loved the car still its fun to drive and all. The repair and maintenance is expensive. Word of advice always keep a warranty on it that saved me. I babied mine always had it on time for maintenance. I drove this car everywhere I like to travel I traded in at 135,000 miles. the only thing when the fog light went out in the back the trunk didn't open that was a $600 repair.

VW CC 2010 Sport -Auto
I purchased my 2010 CC Sport black exterior about 3 months ago with 25K miles and very good gas mileage.
2010 VW CC
I've owned this CC for 3 months now and I look forward every day to drive it. People are constantly admiring th coupe and most have no idea what model it is. Driving on the interstate with cruise control on will give me and I'm not kidding better then 41mpg at 60 and better then 35 at 70. The sound system is great and I would buy another one in the future as I highly recommend it to all my friends.
Double Take
Everyone I have shown the vehicle to does a double take. They say "that is a VW." I also had the factory body kit installed (Look up Gold Coast CC and that is the body kit ,they lowered the Gold Coast version), it gives the vehicle a more aggressive look for those who still want that. I even had 2 other CC owners come up to me and say they wish they had installed the body kit. I have been pleased with the vehicle in every way Nav system, Sound System, Bluetooth, ect. Two tone seats really give it that classy euro look. Smooth ride -- drove it to S. Carolina and New Orleans from Cincy no problem got between 31-34 MPG.
Nice Alternative
So far I would say this is an excellent automobile! I own a 2008 C350 and this is hands down just as nice. Good performance, fit and finish, and great fuel economy. So far averaging 27-29MPG mixed highway and city driving. Rides better than my MB. Very quiet ride and provides great view of the road, handles nicely. Love the turning headlights! Interior is very comfortable and functional, two tone interior gets great compliments. VW has done a great job with this entry level luxury car. I would definitely suggest taking a hard look at the CC if you are in the market for a great luxury car for thousands less then counterparts.
What is it?
This car is beautiful both inside and out. I've had many people slow down to see the badge to see what it is or come up to me in a parking lot to admire this car. It looks and handles like a car that costs 20-30K more. The turbo-4 has exceptional power (scary power for a 4). It hugs the road and handles like a charm. No problem with pulling to the right like some reported with the '09. I'm afraid I know I'm going to get a speeding ticket because it rides so smooth and is so quick that it glides to 80 mph before you know it.
Amazing Car for the Money!!!
I bought the car today, and I am thrilled! The seats hug you, the stereo is great and the style is second to none. Why buy a boring Accord, Camry or other when you can have style!!! live now!
VW Hits a Grand Slam Home Run!
Wow! I own a Mercedes SL55AMG and an Escalade EXT but the CC Sport might just be my favorite car to drive. The car is without a doubt a head- turner. Then it is a head- scratcher. "That's a Volkswagen - wow!" I get that a lot, and I mean a lot. Let's face it, the car looks like a Mercedes, drives great and costs about half what the Merc would ask. This car performs incredibly well and has smooth, yet powerful acceleration. I added some 20"s and wheels and voila!, I have a luxury sport car that I can drive every day. Don't walk - run - to test drive this car. You'll fall in love with it. I did and so do the 2 - 3 people who stop me in the parking lot on a daily basis!
Best in its class as well as next class
VW has hit a home run with the CC. It has excellent Value For Money with std features you only get as options on other cars.
