I inquired about a Bronco Sport and James got me in to test drive a similar one the same day! He then made arrangements for me to put a deposit down on one that was in transit and reserved that one for me. He even switched cars around when I decided to go with a higher trim package! The car was in within a week, he let me know immediately and did everything he could to get me the car quickly and easily!
