2024 Lexus RX
The Rx350 premium has been full of surprises. Wire harness dropping out of the dash and wrapping around the brake. Rear glass and qtr glass tinting looks like a checkerboard. Passenger mirror jerks into position when going into reverse from park. The constant driver attention warnings are certainly annoying and wrong. Closed eye detected…really. This is my Third RX and definitely not the … best.
Acceleration is fine and safety sensors certainly work as I had close contact with a deer and the car braked instantly and instead of a collision only got a hoof in the grill.
Brought up the glass issue to the dealer and got no response. This is not the quality I expected. Not a bad car but seems it should be better for the brand and reputation. And by the way if you catch a rock in the windshield expect 10 week repair time for original equipment replacement. Dealer said if not original equipment it could void the warranty. So don’t be surprised if these issues pop up. I was.
