Monday, 04/26/21, morning I drove an hour and a half to the dealership to test drive a 2018 jeep wrangler Sahara that I intended to purchase. It was listed on car gurus for $37,000. I asked the salesman Andrew if they would be willing to lower the sale price since it had been sitting for approximately 70 days. He states he has to talk to the manager. As I had to leave, Andrew, explain to me that we can do all the paperwork over the Internet or phone prior to me coming back. He would text me or call me with the total out the door price. I informed him I was willing to put $17,000 down. No return phone calls. I called and got him on the phone. Andrew states manager would not decrease the price and will get back to me with out the door price as I informed him I am wanting to purchase. Still no call back yet. I called twice AND texted twice. He responded 2 days later stating he was on his way to work and would get back to me. Never did. I then called and spoke to a representative, Albert, who reassured me that he would get the out the door price for me as I am ready to purchase. I texted him twice, called twice and still no return phone call, voicemail no longer accepting messages. It is now Thursday, still have not heard from anyone. I decided to keep looking over the internet for any additional used car and what do I see? The car is now listed for $41,000.

Bought a CPO BMW from this Dealer. I paid to have it delivered. Paid Full asking price. The car came with old dry rotted tires, bad Brakes and more. It cost me over 2K to make the car safe. They did nothing to fix the situation. Sal is the used car manager car manager. You have been warned!

I leased a new BMW X3 at Pacific BMW on 12/26/2020. On the sticker the price clearly include the BMW Ultimate Care - free scheduled maintenance for 3 years or 36,000 miles. During the contract signing the financial analyst told me BMW had stopped offering the BMW Ultimate Care and I would have to pay approx $55 per month ($1,995 to final price) if I wanted scheduled maintenance. I am very disappointed BMW is no longer offering the BMW Ultimate Care and they should not falsely advertise free maintenance.
