2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE 4dr SUV AWD (2.5L 4cyl gas/electric hybrid CVT)

We bought this suv to replace our 2009 Rav4 V6 4wd with 213000 troublefree miles. We purchased the Hybrid XSE model. Issues are as follows 1.loud at Hwy speed 2. Seats in general are uncomfortable 3. Passenger seat sits an inch or two higher than the drivers seat....not adjustable....getting in and out is a challenge to not knock your head. When we go anywhere together we argue about who gets this seat. By the way. Neither of us are over 5’10”. 4. Hate the driver assistance features. 5 upgraded stereo is not worth the additional money. Averaging 32-34 MPG

Mileage Milker

First off I am a loyal Toyota buyer, I’ve had several Prius and other Toyota hybrids. But this Toyota RAV XLE Is one of the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. First tank I got 49 miles per gallon mix driving. Identical for my second tank. Yes I do understand when you do a lot of freeway driving at high speeds your mileage is going to be considerably less, but most of my driving is a mix of city and urban Roads I have had no problems filling my gas tank like some Toyota RAV4 hybrid customers. Also mine was made in Japan. Even if I only averaged 40 miles per gallon I would be very happy with that mileage number, no SUV that has all-wheel-drive can touch that. I highly recommend this SUV to anyone.

I was in love with my 2020 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid until it started have issues, which left me without a vehicle for 4+ weeks at this point, $7000.00 in repairs and expenses. And both the Dealership where I purchased it from and Toyota have refused to warranty the defective part replacement! So please don't fall for the line, "YOUR PART OF THE FAMILY WHEN YOU BUY A TOYOTA" AND "REST ASURE WE'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU SHOULD A PROBLEM ARRISE". I've bought and owned many vehicles over the years and this is the worst experience I have every had with any Dealership or Manufacture. Not one of them gave a dam! Blamed me for this problem. Shame on you Toyota, for having poor quality control, the most appalling customer service, but mostly for the insincerity.

We just purchased a 2020 rav4 hybrid at Jim Robinson toyota Wheeling WV about 4 wks ago and I hate it! This is my 4th car from them, loved the other 3, my 3rd being a rav4 gas. This hybrid is made very cheap feeling. My plastic on both doors doesn't meet the door, buzzing at rear view mirror, and this one is most important...only getting 34-36mpg!! Yes, I'm coasting, driving in ECO mode, driving slow and trying everything I have read that could help. A couple other things I hate are that it doesn't give a sound signal for bsm(blind spot monitoring) like my '18 rav4 did, and every flat surface to lay keys etc. on are just hard, slippery plastic making it all slide all over the place which is a distraction while driving. Also, the cup holders are side by side and you can't fit 2 drinks. You're probably wondering why we bought it, right? High pressured salesman are good, very good at what they do. We went in wanting a 2021 and were told they wouldn't be out until around Nov. but guess what? They came in just days later.
