DO NOT GET THIS JUNK

Junk Car, 08/10/2021

this car is absolutely a junk! Sales person made it sound like a good bargain with the free fueling. But they gotta to have fuel first! I’m few months into getting this car and it turned out to be the biggest regret I ever made!! There are very few working stations, even fewer has hydrogen! And every time weather is over 90 degrees, all fueling stations shuts off. Hello…!! This is Southern California and it is over 90 degrees at least 5 months out of year!! This junk car now sites in my garage not able to run due to no fuel available! It’s really a headache every time you drive this car out because I have to worry if I can get fuel to get home! EVERY TIME!! I tried to return it to Toyota, but they won’t let me. So I’m looking into legal options because this is nothing like what I was told and this car is useless! So, please please DO NOT get this car! I will guarantee you will regret it!!

Toyota Mirai makes no sense - the worst choice!

Poor handling and acceleration. Also, Don't be fooled with $15,000 fuel card. Its worth nothing since there is no hydrogen! Toyota promised 312 miles of range and in reality you get only 200 miles with full fuel tank. Additionally, there is major issue with refueling the car. Sometimes, you can fill only half of tank because refueling issues that Toyota do not want to admit and they do not want you to know that when you are signing the lease. With 100 miles of range this car is unusable. You will be just paying for car that sits in your garage and collect the dust. Worst decision I'v ever made. Shame on Toyota!

I only took one for a test ride. But I will say one of the best cares I have ever driven. It felt more like a Lexus that a Toyota. Proformas was grate. Handling amazing. Styling out of this world. comfort really good. The only issue I had getting in I am 6ft 1. But once I adjust the seat it was pretty cool. And the way they laid out all the controls just as close to perfect as possible. Ove all . Good job Toyota . You out did your selves.

Do not buy this vehicle

Unless the dealership offers tire replacement for free( vehicle does not come with one)??? And the lack of hydrogen at stations constantly and the hydrogen nozzle gets stuck very often and you have to wait 5 minutes just standing there, otherwise it is like any other vehicle.

Now, there are more hydrogen station for filling the Mirai. But, sometime as the other EVs the charge station got error network. I did have change to get to 320 miles per full tank. Any way, for the long trip Gas vehicles must be my first choice.
