Wrinkles
Just purchased the 2024 Highlander XLE. The interior is not impressive at all. The info system icons are dull and hard to navigate. The upholstery on the back of my second row seats looks really bad. The vehicle drives and rides great.

Cheap made
I have always loved Toyota but this Highlander has ruined me of ever owning a Toyota again, I will never own another one. This is so cheap made that it makes me sick, the cup holders are made of cheap plastic that folds up and down for an example. I constantly have little things break (can’t even count how many things have broke) which is annoying when they’re as expensive as they are. I love the 3rd row but it’s an absolute joke because the 3rd row or second row has to give up leg room, it’s a tiny fit. Gas mileage isn’t even close to impressive either. The only reason for 2 stars is because it does run decent and I am thankful for that.

Bye-Bye
Purchased our Toyota Highlander 4 weeks ago, waiting to get the Title so that we can trade it off on something different and here is why: The info system is a PAIN, drains my Iphone battery in no time.Google Maps is not Nav friendly and needs to be re-booted constantly. Apple Play is not an easy system to learn too many secrets....Moving on...The passenger seat is uncomfortable and does not raise high enough so if you are 5'6" or under, you will be looking at the massive dash and cannot see the hood of the vehicle, as well as if you are the driver, makes parking a challenge.."SoftTex seat material is slippery and cheap feeling...Plastic everywhere....Quad Seats in back are Ok; however, don't depend on the third row seats to carry anything but a small child and I would not put a small child in the back as it is very hard to get a kid out of the back for safety reason third row seats are worthless.....We have averaged 28 MPG on freeways and 22 on City so Toyota got that right, kinda of; nonetheless, just can't see myself doing any traveling in this car comfortably back to Jeep real leather...awesome GPS Nav...See Ya Toyota.

Toyota Highlander XSE
This vehicle's body integrity is horrible. It's cheaply made and falling apart. There are loud noises underneath, and they already have transmission issues. When I put in reverse of drive and mash gas, the car would not move. I have to reset it in the park, then in the drive or reverse for it to move.

Love my highlander
I got my 2024 Highlander two months ago and I love it! I have no problems with it. It drives so smoothly and sometimes I can’t even tell if it’s running because it’s so quiet. I don’t know why people say the engine is loud. I have nothing bad to say about it except the charger for the cell phone doesn’t really work that good. I just plug in my other charger. I like the air play and I Bluetooth my phone to it. This is my first Highlander and first Toyota I bought. So far I like it!
