So I bought this car on a whim and I'm happy with it. It, in comparison to other Avalon models is a giant leap forward, both in design, in handling, in steering response, all of it. The interior is phenomenal, it has the right things in the right places and the best part of all of it, its a Toyota, its what most would consider a reliable appliance, something that gets you from point A to point B, its solid. It doesnt hurt it has heated and cooled seats, wireless cell phone charging, a nice JBL audio system, I mean its a solid ride. Mine is now 4 years old and it has about 50k on the odometer and its still as good of a car as the first day I bought it. Ive replaced tires, fluids and thats really it. Even the brakes according to the dealer are still an 8 out of 10. A few things I would recommend would be changing your transmission oil at 50k and not the Toyota interval, it will keep those shifts smooth and will remove any micro metals out of the fluid which can scour up the metal components in the transmission. Thats really it, solid car, no complaints, I'm expecting it to go about 200k, but then it requires TLC and an aware owner.

Would definitely buy this again if I did not live in heavy snow area. With increasing snow storms, need an AWD vehicle. Otherwise, this is a phenomenal car! Really roomy inside and looks gorgeous. Reliability just as you expect with Toyota.
