This is the first Toyota product I've ever owned. I'm glad my first purchase was the 2006 Avalon Touring. This car has excellent styling and comfort to match. I'm 6'7" tall and I fit comfortably behind the wheel. It is hard to find a car to fit my height, but with the Avalon I can now enjoy my ride. If you are in the market to purchase a car let me tell you, this car has it all, and for a good price. I'm a true fan!!

I love this car! I've only had it a couple of months, but it's SO much fun to drive! I have a bit of a lead foot and this beats everything around off a traffic light. It's great for highway entry and passing. My only complaints are that there isn't a coin holder and there isn't a door protector strip. Otherwise, it's a beautiful car. I waited an extra month to get the Indigo Pearl - gorgeous! Everyone comments on the quiet, smooth ride. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Again,I find the front seats "smallish"in width and length (as they were in my 2002 Lexus ES300). The display of the sequential shift position ie., 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th is almost impossible to read because it is unlit and does not show up readily. The small pass through space is ridiculously inadequate unless a couple of 2x4's are your common cargo (or skis). Front passenger seat adjustment- up and down- should be standard on the XLS, I think. Knee room, behind the wheel, is minimal for me at an even 6' in height. At one month of ownership these are my negative comments.

I love this car! It is smooth, fast, and very quiet. I feel wrapped in comfort and luxury. Driving through hazardous conditions on I-80, the car was sure-footed. When I arrived at my destination I was relaxed and rested. It has amazing pick-up and go for a car its size. Back seat passengers are happy with the legroom and comfort provided by its ability to recline. The appearance of both the exterior and interior are well executed. I have had lots of compliments on both. If I had it to do over again, I would buy this car in a downtown minute!

Outstanding peformance and still great gas mileage--Lots of fun to drive--Just as nice as a Lexus-- This car is loaded with features--I Looooooove it!!!
