Buyer Beware with Model 3
Know that if someone back ends you or you’re side swiped ind lost your side mirror, there are NO PARTS due to underestimated demand. There are few if no independent body shops that take months just to call you back. It took me 3 month to even get an appointment. I can’t see now because the damage can’t be fixed, but I will that very drone tgst happens b
Great car with room for improvement
Nothing beats the speed, handling, and technology. However, some refinement is needed as it relates to being a car that other manufacturers like BMW possess. Better road noise insulation; better automatic wipers. A small screen behind the steering with relevant driver information would be helpful. The smelly or moldy AC seems more common in Teslas than in other vehicles I've owned. How can this be improved?

My new Tesla
I’ve had the car for a couple of weeks and luckily my son knew all about the computer and how to operate everything. He’s much smarter than me in technology!!

Almost Perfect!
The car offers very good visibility, acceleration, handling and low operating costs. The downside is higher insurance and registration fees. Tesla seems to have made a virtue out of its desire to reduce costs by incorporating all interactions to a single computer screen, claiming that it represents a clean, Scandinavian look. Those used to using a luxury/sports car initially feel let down, like a person dining at a fancy French restaurant sensing that the dishes lack something, but do not know exactly what. It is probably the lack of luxury that you are accustomed to. I know a woman who refuses to drive a Tesla S and has reverted back to a BMW just because of this. No doubt this this "Scandinavian Look" gives Tesla the highest operating margin in the industry, but we are lead to believe that Elon Musk's sole intention is to save the world. It is time we realized that he is a shrewd businessman trying to sell his car at the highest price the market will bear. Nothing wrong with that, except that I sometimes get the uneasy feeling that the car is overpriced. In defense of Elon, I have to admit that I have had zero issues with the car in the one and a half years that I have been using it.
