Used 2004 Nissan Titan Consumer Reviews
Nissan Titan
I had a deposit on 2004 F 150 which is a great truck A friend suggested that I take the Titan out for a test ride before I get the 150 when I started the engine I was hooked great sound! when we took it for a test ride it felt like it had a hundred more horse power than the Ford 5.4 liter and the five speed trans is always in the right gear and the handling is fantastic
New Tow vehicle is great
$500 over rebate was finally obtained, and the truck is great. I read reviews about the major contenders, and you won't be sorry with the Nissan. My only disappointent is towing an open car trailer gets me around 9.5 mpg. Otherwise, its sporty, fast, comfortable, fairly good on gas when not towing, nice list of features and amenities. When I do tow, you hardly know there is a trailer back there, its that solid. I've test driven the competition, and I'm much more satisfied with this truck than any other.

A step above the others
It's big, bigger interior than a 1500HD crew cab. It's smooth and quiet, except if you step on it. The motor sounds a little like a v8 Camaro from the 80's. Very comfortable seats unless your tall. It's certainly faster than my 99 z71. Lots of little items than add up to a well executed vehicle. Worth a look if your open to driving an import. It took me a while to convince myself not to buy a new chevy, but I'm glad I did.
Drive this before you buy another
Purchased crew cab LE, 4X4. Beautiful vechicle inside and out. Not the Nissan of old! Responsive stering, throaty exhaust and a tight suspension make this truck very fun to drive. My wife was nervous to drive it because she thought it would drive like a big, clumsy truck but once she got behind the wheel she did not want to give it up! If you are thinking about buying a Chevy, Dodge or Ford (Tundra does not compare) then you should test drive this truck! You won't be sorry! Only thing I can say negative is that they are not readily available yet and this causes the dealers not to deal much. These trucks are selling at MSRP or not much off at all.
Great Truck
Previous owner of a 2000 Chevy Silverado LT. Two weeks ago, we purchased a Titan LE with Big Tow and Off-Road Package w/ Leather about two weeks ago from a local dealership for $34,000 even. IMHO, this truck rides much better.
