Used 2021 Nissan Murano Consumer Reviews
Not Worth the $$$
This SUV might be the worst vehicle ever built, on par with the AMC Pacer. Expect many problems including dysfunctional cruise control and dangerous autonomous braking. The car will stop for unexpected reasons - beyond the mechanic’s ability to repair. This model should have the designation “POS” appended to the model name. Worst vehicle I’ve ever owned.

Hard work
I had the greatest experience working with Terry Welch over at Trophy Nissan. I knew exactly the kind of car I was looking for and what perks I wanted inside the car! He took to the car of all the things I wanted and made it all happen. Thank you again Terry Welch I appreciate your help

No heat!
I have a 2021 Murano SL purchased new from dealership. In September of 2024 I discovered that my heat no longer worked. The service department at the dealership kept the car for a month before finally determining that my amplifier control wasn’t functioning. Turns out the part was on back order and I’m STILL waiting for the part in July 2025 (10 months)! We’re getting closer to the winter months and it’s not looking good for the part to be available any time soon so another winter without heat. I’m beyond frustrated and can’t even sell the car for what it’s worth without this part.
