Looks may be deceiving
2022 Frontier Pro-4X nice truck until you take a look at the bed panels. Gaps a between tailgate and bedside not even close. Tops of bedside panels are opened so much that gaps can't be adjusted out at tailgate. Opening around closed tailgate so large you can look through gaps from inside ore from outside. Mine has factory spray in bed liner. Spray in liner must be Nissan choice to cover poor workman ship where panels are mated. Install high end Tonneau cover and had to install additional weather all around tailgate opening in order to stop water and dust leaks. Questioned Tonneau cover company about problem, spoke with their engineering dept head. He explained Nissan provides bed assemble to them to use as their template to manufacture tonneau cover and the bed liked much work in it's panel fit. Called Nissan explained fit. Nissan rep from TN called left message for me to call. Called same day and got his voice mail stating his work hours. I was 10 minutes prior to his work end. No answer, left message on voice mail, but never a return call. This is my 5th new Nissan purchase and the first with poor fitted panels.

Sucks
Only think I don’t like is that my a/c don’t work stop working after 3 weeks I got it and I took to the dealership they said they fix it and was working for a few weeks and it happen again is not working again.. honestly I shouldn’t got this truck I should stay with infinity smh I been losing day a work for me to get to the dealership
Never again...
I bought a 2022 Frontier straight off the hauler. After noticing a small outward protruding ding at the very bottom of the passenger side rear door, I took a closer look from the rear of the truck all the way to the front. The door in question had 7 or 8 wavy areas and outward protruding dents. It wasn't noticeable looking straight into the door, only when looking from the passenger rear or passenger front down the vehicle. That's why it was overlooked by me and the pre-delivery inspector the day I bought it. Less than 24 hrs after purchasing the truck, I took it back and made them aware of the issue. I was told paint-less dent repair was an option. That was great until their PDR guy said it was a 'factory defect'. He wouldn't touch it. Needless to say, the door was repaired 2 times within a month of me buying it. And with each attempted repair, it looked even worse. It was sanded and repainted first time and door skin replaced the second time. With so many layers of paint, that door had a purple tint rather than the pearl blue. Had the COMPLETE door been replaced the first time, I'd still be driving it. Nissan Consumer Affairs is also worthless. I never made it back to the dealer to have the driver door repaired. For some reason the 3 other doors would unlock but the driver's door would not. The best thing I ever did was to sell that headache to Carmax.
