Disappointed in my Mercedes GLC
My biggest disappointment with my GLC is that it does not have Apple/Android Play and cannot be retrofitted. The car doesn't even allow me to voice to text when I receive a text. I have to select command and then tell it to send a text to ... I would not have bought this car if I knew the technology was so antiquated. In addition I've had to take my car in twice in the first 90 days, once to have the transmission adjusted because it was skipping gears and once to have the brake pads replaced because they were squeaking so bad in cold weather.

GLC just for me!!!
We moved up from an E350 4 dr sedan to this automobile. We have had a Lexus SUV in the past and liked it. This car is every bit of what we were looking for as far as size, style , comfort and driveability. We take trips to visit family up north and I know we are going to enjoy the ride this car provides. Carplay will make the trips enjoyable with access to navigation on our Apple phones as well as music from Pandora. Love how it handles and the turbo charged 4 cylinder engine more than makes up what power we left behind in our E350. This has been our 2nd vehicle from the same dealership in Gainesville and we couldn't be more happier with our salesman Walt and our service guy, Damien. Great car, great sales transaction and great service from our new GLC.

Best SUV I have ever driven -
I owned a GLE-63s and the dealer gave me a GLC to drive when it was in for service - I told the guy - if they ever make this with the V8 Bi-Turbo call me - its been the most awesome AMG I’ve owned yet - and this is number 5...

Great SUV. Clunky Technology.
I just read the review about how nice the car is...except for the technology. I won’t rehash what’s already been said. But I’m shocked that a car from MB at this price point is so far behind the competition. Placing a call takes 47 steps. Trying to decipher the on screen display for anything is next to impossible. Especially while cruising down the road. The Audi Q7 that I traded in for this car was 10x more functional. And that car was a 2007!
Lovely Ride, technology moderate
its a great car. be careful and try out the multimedia entertainment device. voice activated navigation etc is a bit complicated and does not work as well as you may be used to with google map on your iPhone. maybe airplay option is better. The acceleration is very sensitive and gives a jerk everytime you increase speed, and not a very smooth ride, unless you use cruise control
