2025 Mazda CX-90 Consumer Reviews

Impressed so far
Had been impressed with my CX5 so assumed quality would carry over to larger car. Was a little leery after some of the ‘24 reviews but always a few hiccups on a new roll out. Just over 1500 miles so far and pretty impressed. 800 was interstate Hiway road trip. Love the plum exterior and the tan leather/suede interior and really like the fact that it drives and handles Like a smaller suv. Very happy and no regrets at this point

From Ascent to CX-90 a smart switch
Went shopping for a Subaru Ascent or a Honda pilot or a Toyota Grand Highlander and never thought about a Mazda. By chance we looked at the CX-90 and fell in love. This vehicle is luxurious and fun to drive and loaded with options that make it comfortable for a night out or long trip to our great national parks.

wanted to love it
I bought the 2024 CX90 and thought I was in love. A hybrid with 3 rows? Sign this mom up! BUT! It spent 110 days at the dealer for different problems in the 300 days I owned it. So many problems I can't even start to complain here. Save yourself the headache and get a Toyota.

Phev nightmare
Poor engine when the small battery runs out. Clunky transmission.

7th Mazda
We did a lot of other model test drives before pulling the trigger on the CX-90. It was the the most room, performance, luxury, and cost effective on the market. We have 3 children and it has been our favorite SUV that we have ever owned.
