Our model trim is Grand Touring and it is a perfect name because it truly is a grand touring! Very peppy - wow me every single time. Especially coming from a small 4 cylinders engine (turbo). The power goes straight to all 4 wheels right away! Love that calm drive on the interstate/ hwy. Adaptive cruise control does its’ job very well and accurate - does not cut off the cruise control at a slower speed. If it stops during traffic on the hwy, just tap lightly on the gas pedal, it will just resume along with the traffic flow and up to the speed you set. Head up display is a real cool feature. I had a Dodge Durango for 13 years, an excellent vehicle; kids all grown up and moved out - a perfect downsize.

Display Spider cracks , engine, control arms

I had spider cracks on the display at 106k miles. Even though 2018 Cx-9 isn’t in the recall list but Corporate was willing to replace mine for free. I had to insist dealer to work with corporate on this. It worked! My engine also got heated at 78k miles. Corporate was willing to replace the engine but I had to pay for $2500 labor. It should be all free. There’s a class action going on for the faulty engine. I also had to replace control arm due to bad bushing. This is out of my pocket but it should be covered my corporate. Other than these issues, this car is good. Still driving well after 110 k miles. Hope this helps

Because of Edmunds' website, we knew what we were getting because of the information and reviews they provided from previous buyers. But until we became owners of this particular vehicle, we didn't have the full throttle of what a nice overall vehicle this really was. We drove eight hours away to purchase this vehicle because the dealerships where we live didn't have the exact package we were looking for. We have now owned our car for 6 months. Still extremely happy with the car. Still get great mileage, great driving car, fits 7 people very nicely. the information we got from Edmonds car review was spot on and all the information we got was completely correct. Very happy we used Edmonds when looking for our car.
