Amazing SUV Luxury - 2018 Lexus 350L AWD
Friends had touted the quality, dependability and luxury their Lexus vehicles offered but I was content with a BMW 5-series for the past 10+ years. When I had to press hard to get the dealer to repair a faulty AC unit under warranty, I decided it was time to give Lexus a test drive. I was immediately impressed by the quality, attention to detail, performance, and comfort of the vehicle and the incredible, personable service of Rohrich Lexus in Pittsburgh. Within a few days, we had narrowed our color and feature choices and our salesman had located a vehicle for us. The vehicle was six hours away and was transported by truck to the dealer for our brand new delivery. We love this Lexus and regret not exploring the brand sooner. It's safety and luxury features are amazing and extremely intuitive.

Unrepaired Recall
There is an unrepaired recall on many Lexus models including the RX 350L. The replacement part is not yet available, and the defective part makes the vehicle unsafe. According to NHTSA, dealer can not even release this car to a new owner. (I'm a bit disturbed the car is even showing up in sale listings, resulting in wasted time and effort by buyers; or that this information is not presented big and bold on the listing; or information is not given for a plan that makes purchasing this vehicle possible; or that the sales people are at least made aware of it [they are not!]).

Love it!
The SUV drives beautifully, and it has so much room. I'm glad I got the "L" model of this vehicle.

First and last Lexus
What an overhyped, underwhelming flawed piece of driveway jewelry. Interior, unlike your review, boasts plenty of hard plastic straight from the Chevy parts bin. Infotainment/nav system is the worst I have ever encountered, annoying “puck” to move cursor is uber sensitive and entire system is not intuitive nor useful. My ‘17 Maxima far exceeds all technology on this fossil. Lack of USB ports, odd flip phone compartment, and ineffective seat ventilation complete the sub par interior features. Balky transmission always hunts for shifts in a jerky, crude fashion unless run in “sport” mode. Enform system, which YOU pay for is impotent but is only way to start this thing remotely. No foot activated lift gate, the “hand wave” prox sensor for gate works 10% of the time. Third seat is a joke, even a five year old has a hard time fitting. But, it’s a Lexus (tell your shallow Facebook friends!) and it looks good parked. You have arrived...you have a Lexus! And you will want to leave if you go with this Edsel.
