Used 2020 Jeep Gladiator Consumer Reviews
Tons of fun, transmission questionable
We have a 2020 Mohave that we thorough enjoy in the warm northeastern months to go topless and doorless, esp at the Del/MD shores. We have had very little maintenance issues and get oil/filters changed on time. The transmission did have to be replaced at less than 40,000 miles. The only things we tow are a small landscape trailer and 3,500 lb camper (4x). Not sure if the failing transmission was a fluke or an issue for Jeep. We're considering a special order for the maximum tow capacity (Sport).

Nice fun vehicle!!
I needed a truck to tow my side by sides and didn't want to spend a ton on a full size truck. My Gladiator can tow 6k lbs. My trailer loaded is only 3k lbs so it tows it good. It's fun we remove the doors and tops in the summer and the heated seats and wheel is nice in the winter. mileage dips down to 19 mpg in the winter to 24 mpg in the summer. No issues at 16k miles it's a 21 sport s. May change over time but we will see!!

Great Vehicle
No regrets after buying mine. It checks every box that I could want. Fully loaded, with all the important bells and whistles. Many companies try, there is only one Jeep!

JEEP Gladiator NEW and service-Worst Service Ever
I recently purchased a brand new, 2022, Jeep Gladiator Mojave edition. Beautiful. I sold my 2017 Jeep Chief Edition - great car with 13,000 miles. The Gladiator quit with 1,900 miles. I had to have it towed in, which was an experience in itself, since it was dead and the push start would not work. Took about an hour to get it into Neutral so we could move it. Upon taking it to the local Jeep dealership - nothing for 2 days until I called them. Answer - we are to busy, we will look at it in 3 more days. Again, brand new with 1,900 miles. I received an email from Jeep Wave to check on me. I promptly returned the call - NO RESPONSE. A week later, I called again - NO RESPONSE. Again, the worst service on any car I have ever had - and this is my 4th JEEP no less. Finally, dealer called - we are looking at 10 days + to get a part. That was 15 days ago - still no response, my brand new JEEP Gladiator is sitting in the lot at the dealer. $61K - so sad. I'm getting ready to hire a lawyer. I think after 4 weeks and the worst response ever, its warranted.

DO NOT TOW
I bought a 2021 Gladiator Sport with the 8 speed auto trans., Heavy Duty Tow Package what a joke. I attempted to tow my 21 ft. Bennigton Pontoon Boat ( 3000 lbs) trailer boat and motor. The truck strained in every gear and did NOT want to get out of 4 th gear. I went to manual shift and it fell on its face in anything above 5th gear. This is rated to tow 7300 lbs never happen. NOT A REAL TRUCK. I HAVE OWNED 5 JEEPS I HAVE A CALL OF DUTY RUBICON IT TOWS BETTER EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED!!!!!!! ps. the damn thing wanders which was a problem in all the write ups. $45000.00 poorly invested!
