Great overall SUV
Great SUV, I've owned Mercedes, Escalate, BMW and a Tahoe, by far this one is the best I've own. Gas is what you expect from a large 400HP engine, but no complaints from me. Real confortable and easy to drive around town, and it doesn't feel big at all.

Love this thing
I love the way it drives and feels. Cruise control has been a little complicated to figure out and some controls but love it overall.

Love my QX80
This is our first QX80 and we LOVE it! We bought the limited and it has all the bells and whistles. It is truely a luxury vehicle. We have owned lincoln and lexus full sized SUV's and the QX80 is by far the best. The ride and styling are superior.

Shifting problems
Our QX 80 is a beautiful and comfortable car. We just passed 100k miles and it looks almost new. We have maintained and cared for this vehicle in a responsible way. So when the dealer service shop diagnosed our erratic transmission behavior as a faulty torque converter I was very disappointed. I have had many cars over my 71 years but this is my first experience with a torque converter failure. I thought those things were bulletproof.

Questionable quality
Front wheel bearings went bad on my 2016 at only 7 years old and 44k miles, which is unheard of for regular use. $1200+ to replace. Cruise control is jerky. Transmission makes some loud noises when shifting into gear. Infotainment is horrible, never know when it will connect to my phone, sometimes it surprises me and works. Powerful and thirsty, gets 10mpg city.
