Do your research before approaching the dealership and be sure you know what features are standard on the trim level you are interested in. This was my second CRV and I wanted to purchase a vehicle equipped with the most current safety features. Happy with the CRV EX-L. The exact vehicle I was interested in was available on the lot. Feel that I received a fair deal on the trade-in and final purchase price, it was in line with materials I researched on-line. The salesman and financial personnel were knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth through the process. At 6 months old, I love this vehicle, glad I upgraded to the EX-L. Very satisfied with the 1.5L turbo, had reservations initially but now have confidence in its performance. Still not crazy with the engine idle stop feature. Think in the very near future Honda needs to upgrade the technology of the information and entertainment displays, could be faster and more current. Will definitely stick with the CR-V for future SUV use.

Safety features are hard to get to. confusing screen. Not available at all speeds. Must be reset all the time. Subaru Eyesight much better

I test drove different SUVs like the Blazer, Rav 4 and the HRV. It was the CRV that I liked the most. Very comfortable ride. Great on gas mileage. You can’t go wrong with driving a Honda.

This is my second Honda CRV-EXL and I am a huge fan of this brand and this model. I bought the 2020 this past week and there are a few really nice changes from the 2011. 1. Tire size is an 18" and it rides so smooth. 2. Tires and rims look great on the new 2020. 3. Back up camera is in color and has the guidance for backing up. 4. Rear seating area is roomier for someone to get in, great for my two large dogs to get in without having to move the front seat all the way up. 5. Turbo charge is really nice for merging on to the freeway. I am still learning so much about the car, but love the Youtube videos that show me how to program and change items. Big shout out to Justin in Austin, TX. for best videos : )
