Love it.
I test drove all the SUV competitors and nothing beats the CRV. I love the quality and feel. Its fun to drive too.

A trendy vehicle for people of all ages!
I love the new updated look of the CR-V, I thought the 2020 was super cute with the “flower” rims. I got white exterior, black cloth interior EX trim, I love it! It has heated seats, a moonroof, apple car play, a smooth ride that absorbs most impurities in the road and has amazing reliability. I’ve had mine three weeks now and have driven it 2400 miles and still continue to love it. This vehicle has a trendy body to it that can fit a teenager but can also fit somebody who’s old. I get plenty of compliments on it, I love the DRL, they really add an accent to the front of the vehicle and the rear has the taillights slightly blacked out? It’s a very nice look. I hope to love my CR-V for a long time, I have been dedicated to civics for years but I was ready for a roomier vehicle. I’d comment on how the acceleration is kind of poor at times but it’s also not a hot rod and it has amazing gas mileage for an SUV. Also, a quick shoutout to Smart Honda in Clive, IA. I had a very good experience, had to get rid of my 2016 toyota rav4 it was a death trap and I was not getting any assistance from the Toyota of Des Moines dealership even under warranty.. but have purchased from This Honda dealership before and they provide outstanding service and hire great people. They helped take care of the rest of the loan and get me into a safe new vehicle. Honda gang!

Easy Ride(r)
Great ride. Information display and a bit small and clunky to use. Love the Sun Roof. Very roomy.

The good, and the needs improvement
The good - Honda is an excellent brand, the CR-V is reliable, holds its value, and is a solid vehicle. My wife prefers the CR-V over other similar vehicles from other manufacturers. I myself do not endorse the CR-V for the following reasons. First, I am tall and while the cabin is comfortable for me, the ergonomics of the pedals is poor. My size 14 feet do not fit well in the Honda and I find it awkward to drive. This has been true in this current CR-V as well as with an earlier model. The ergonomics of Nissan, Toyato, Ford, and Subaru are superior for me, and thus I will never buy a Honda for myself. The infotainment/touch screen system is bad. It is not at all intuitive and difficult to switch from say radio to playing something from your phone and then switching to another person's playlist on their phone. My Subaru Forester has physical buttons making such switches simple and easy, or you can use the touch screen in a way that is also easy and intuitive. I have lived in three different states and had various different brands of cars. With all the Hondas, at about 25,000 miles when I take it in for regular service, they come tell me that there is debris in the fan/heating system, probably from mice. I will need to pay $275 for them to install a 50 cent screen to prevent future such nest making. Why isn't this little screen just installed at the factory, I ask? No answer. None of the other car brands I have owned have this issue, but all the Hondas do, regardless of the state where I'm living. So if you buy a Honda, count on this additional cost. Annoying. The Honda is a very good car despite these issues, and if you like it, you can't go wrong getting one. The poor design of the pedal area for someone my size makes it an easy "no thanks" for me. After driving other brands and then sometimes driving my wife's CR-V, I would rather be in a Toyota or Subaru. Shop and test drive for yourself.

uncomfortable seats
my family and i all agree that the seats in the crv are very uncomfortable. i did not notice when test driving or i may not have bought the car. the backs are ok but the bottom seats are hard like sitting on a bench at a football game. my son said his back hurts after sitting on it. we are going to try thicker cushions since a thin cushion did not seem to help. i am very disappointed after spending alot of money. also cannot see out of back windows when backing up as well as we could out of our 2017 ford escape which also had comfortable seats.
