Little bit of everything
I stepped out of an '04 S2000 to accommodate growing family and this has been the right choice. The car looks great, built very soundly, great performance for what it is and what it costs. It's a lot of fun to drive, and this is coming from a guy who has had cars w/400+hp and an S2000. The dual chrome exhaust pipes look good and remind me of my past sports cars. The leather is comfortable, the sound system is great, interior and exterior styling is slick, and the ride is smooth. Plus it's a honda so you know it's going to last you well beyond it's warranty. I'd recommend this car to anyone looking for a well-rounded commuter car that is fun to drive.
Best kept secret
Ive had the car for about two weeks. I had leased it with the intention of lower payments. I have owned lots of sport cars, for the money, this car is a steal. Smooth, powerfull, handles well, rides well, and is loaded with features. Similiar cars of this quality cost in excess of 30 grand. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised at how much fun it is to drive, and plan on keeping it a while. The 6 cylinder and 6 speed manual is the way to go. Feels like a true sports sedan. Dont take my word for it, go test drive one, you will be surprised.

Not your father's family sedan.
I've only owned the car for a couple of months. Power is plentiful and the V6 makes a wonderful sound above 3500 rpm. The car is eerily quiet at lower rpms, and it has taken me a while to get used to the lack of noise from the engine. The engine and transmission just ooze with smoothness. The suspension is wonderful. You feel every bump exactly once, no more. Certainly not sports-car tight, but neither is it all floaty like my parents' cars. A fantastic compromise between ride and handling. Combined with the six-speed manual, this is a driver's car in the guise of a "boring family sedan". It seats four comfortably and can outaccelerate both the 1986 IROC-Z Camaro and Mustang GT.
Great deal for the $
This is my second Accord EX, first with the V6. it's about time they offered a 6 speed manual!!. Short shifter is great, but the shift knob just seems too small for me. Other than that, it's great. Good scceleratioon, though it doesn't feel anywhere close to 244hp. My 2000 Audi A6 2.7T (250 hp) blew the doors off of this thing, but the Honda handles 10 times better.
Love the V6 engine + 6 speed manual
This car strikes the perfect compromise (for me, at least) between sportiness and comfort. Handling is very good for this class, and the ride is smooth enough for long hours on the freeway (but, thankfully, not buicklike smooth :-). The combination of the quiet and powerfull V6 and the slick 6 speed stick shift make this car a joy to drive. The interior is very roomy front and back, and the build quality seems to be first rate.
