Used 2006 Honda Accord Consumer Reviews
New Accord owner very happy so far
I've had the car for just less than 2 weeks so maybe I'm a bit premature for a truly accurate review. E.g. since I'm still breaking it in I really can't comment on the power/performance of the V6. Been taking it easy so far! But I will say that coming out of a 98Civic I am enjoying the extra punch. The reasons for wanting this car to begin with still ring true now that I own one: proven H reliability, conservative style with a bit of flair and a touch of luxury, a great mix of practicality and fun-to-drive. Not to mention the notch up on the sexy meter with the new 6M! On the negative side the brakes are a bit soft and the suspension/wheels a bit hard. You will feel the bumps.
The rumors are true! Solid car!
Smart choice, great looks, reliable and an all around solid car. Have had it for roughly a year and still glad I chose it!

Love my 2006 Honda LX SE
After 2 Civic's, 1 Odyssey, and 1 Del Sol, I finally purchased an Accord. I've been in love with Honda's since the mid-80's, and this Accord is probably my favorite vehicle yet. It is beautiful, and I love driving it. It is such a comfortable ride.
Accord Feedback
I went from a 2001 Accord V-6 to a 2006 Accord V-6. Wow. Ride noise is almost non-existent! Car is very responsive and power is there when you need it. Handling is great. This car is actually fun to drive and it doesn't seem like work! I don't get tired of driving this thing. Stereo is VERY nice for stock. Put a K&N air filter in it and got an increased 40 miles per tank of gas! Truly a wonderful car to buy if you have to drive and you want the comfort of an expensive luxury car without the huge price tag! (My other car is an 05 F-150)
No regrets whatsoever
It may exude practical, but it does it so well for around 20K. Excellent room for my tall family and it has surprisingly great performance for a four cyl (HP and MPG). I don't cringe when offering the rear seat to a tall person. It has reasonably tight drivabilty and you can feel the road. Fit and trim all seem flawless. Though a couple more options/features might be nice I won't complain about it. Nice wheels and grippy brakes (I don't understand negative reviews in this area). The engine compartment is spacious and orderly. I really appreciate the end result of Honda's effort in building a well engineered car that I enjoy looking at and can afford to own.
