You can't go wrong with the 2001 Accord EX-V6 Coupe. The engine is powerful and smooth ... requiring minimal maintenance and providing good economy. The transmission is top-notch, also delivering great performance. I've had no trouble with the car at all. My only dig would be that the car feels a bit less solid than it could ... keeping it from "best car" honors. However, I'm sure that my Honda will be in service with fewer repairs much longer than the "best car".

I purchased my 2001 Honda Accord new. The car is very comfortable for a family of two (husband and wife). Getting into the back seat can be difficult for additional adult passengers (especially if they are not average in size). After almost five years, my Honda Accord looks and runs great. The only problem I have encountered was to replace the power door lock actuator (twice on the passenger side door). It is a car I truly enjoy driving. The V-6 engine has all the power you will need on the highway. This is the third Honda that I have purchased in the past ten years.

There are some good things and some bad things about this car. The first 5,000 miles were great, but after that it seemed that I had to have things fixed or replaced once a month. New speaker twice, new struts, etc... Would not recommend buying this car used...luckily most of the things that needed to be replaced were under warranty. This is my second Accord, and like the previous one, the factory tires suck...I needed new tires on my '01 at 20,000 miles...really needed them before that due to hydroplaning on very little water. If you purchase this accord, plan to spend a lot on maintenance and repairs.

An excellent car with a smooth ride, though somewhat noisy on freeways. Mine is a 2002 and haven't had problems so far. With tinted windows, rear-end spoiler and fancy rims, it's a beauty and a road beast-at once. Love it!!!!

my fourth Honda--and my first V-6...rarely do i find a product which provides me with so much satisfaction. If you have never owned a Honda--you owe it to yourself to make your life much more trouble-free...all that and leather!
