Wow - The Crosstour is Impressive!

I previously owned a Toyota Venza (all of 13 months)and stepped into a Honda dealership on a whim. The mistake (or good fortune) was test driving the Crosstour. What a difference when compared to the Venza. The Crosstour has better ride quality, better built and well appointed. I liked the Venza, but my concern with Toyota has been its lack of attention to detail. The Venza felt cheap when compared to the Crosstour. The best things Venza had going was the remote tailgate, push button start and more cargo room. However, the trade offs were worth jumping to the Crosstour. It's just a far superior vehicle in terms of overall quality.

I never considered owning a Honda until I found the Crosstour. It is one FINE automobile. I has hip arthritis and the Crosstour offers ample leg room to stretch my legs. I like the instrument layout on the dashboard and it has plenty of bells and whistles for me. Passenger's say the rear seating is comfortable and spacious. This is more a couple, or grandparents, car because of the limited storage space. Unless your looking to carry a sofa or a refrigerator home from the store, there is plenty of room Drawbacks are: rear visibility is restricted with the split glass on the hatchback and the EX-L is only available with leather seating, which is a hazard on hot, sunny days.

Only have it for a month and less than 1000mi, very comfortable ride, good pick-up considering the size of the car, lots of interior room, easy trunk access and utility, seats fold down with a simple handle, great under trunk storage, great sound system. Somewhat difficult to see out the sides when changing lanes, a little of a blind spot takes getting used to. Also a little tough to to see out when backing up. Love the car, gets lots of stares, unusual looking which I like, not like every other car out there. Looks like the new BMW GT for half the price.

Traded in my ’07 Accord EX-L for Crosstour EX.. The car is unbelievable. I was originally concerned with giving up the EX-L trim, but with the std feats on the EX it was still an upgrade from the ’07 Accord. The car is very responsive to the road and has great handling. Plenty of power to get you up and moving. The interior is well laid out and has plenty of upgrade features. There is a ton of room both in the front and rear. I love the styling. It turns heads where ever I go. Blind spots do take some getting used to. A perfect blend of the Pilot and Accord. I believe Honda is trying to get some momentum on this vehicle and I was able to negotiate pretty heavily.

Had my eye on Cadi CTS but blown head gasket on current Caddy real turnoff! American not equal to Foreign. Sorry, folks, maybe someday. Moved attention to BMW 5-series. Saw new BMW X6. Hmm! Then saw CrossTour. Wow 5- series and CrossTour test drove nearly identical. No sticker shock! I'm worried about tickets; caught myself 80+ several times. This car is turning heads and getting comments; all favorable. There are some who don't see its beauty. HELLO! Work of art here! Needs a manual 5-speed for more fun and excitement.
