Avoid Ford Electric Vehicles!
I bought a 2019 Fusion Energi brand new at the end of 2018. It was great for the first three years or so. It’s comfortable, rides nicely, but has very little power. In my fourth year, the car has gone downhill very quickly. The battery life is terrible now - I am lucky if I get 5 miles out of my battery. Also, some control module is failing, causing the car to experience a very slow breakdown that the dealer couldn’t diagnose. One day, suddenly, it produced a wrench light. I took it in and they “reprogrammed” the car, which seemed to fix the issue for two weeks. I asked them to look deeper as I suspected there was a hardware failure - I was not convinced it was a software problem, and I was right. Over the next month, my car would produce the wrench light then reset itself without registering any codes in the computer. I took it back to the dealer several times during this period and they kept saying they couldn’t do anything until a code was produced. So much for them doing their sue diligence. Anyway, their advice was for me to keep driving the car. It finally produced the check engine light one day. So now they’re making a warranty repair to some control module. Either way, at 4 years and 60k miles, I should have better battery life and a more reliable car. Ford will do their best to shake you and ghost you, and I really hate I had to be so persistent to get my car fixed. This was a horrible experience. It’s highly doubtful I’d buy another electric car from Ford, or pursue service at a Ford dealer. Had this not happened, this could have been a four-star review. Now, I can’t get rid of this car fast enough. Don’t buy a used one. Furthermore, I’d advise any customer to be cautious about buying any electric vehicle from Ford.

Plugged into my Energi
This vehicle can save you a large amount of money when it comes to filling your tank! I average 78mpg for local driving! Trips within 35 miles from me I can use strictly electric. Also if you own one get the level 2 charger installed and fully charge in 2 hours tops!

Have 2019 Titanium with all the items you can get on one. No sunroof, over rated feature. This car is an absolute dream to drive and ride in. Love everything about it.

PHEVs are the future and this one is tops
comfy, well-equipped, good around town all-electric range and gas engine to boot -- I think this should be the wave of the future, not all electric.

Great, economical car
I’ve averaged 52 miles per gallon with my Energi for the past 2 years. It’s charged every night.
