Good reliable car
We bought this car used with 34k miles a few years ago and it hasnt let us down yet. Its a great reliable car that has roughly 80k miles on it to date. I drive 100 miles to work and back mostly highway and get 36-42MPG. I did add a K&N air filter which boosted the MPG about 4-5MPG. Its a nice peppy car for a small car and doesnt feel under powered like alot of smaller cars I have drove. I havent had one problem with the car and would reccomend it for anyone looking for a good gas saver.
Over 60 thousand miles now....
Still driving my little red beauty. She's happy and well. 34.9 mpg average running 75 mph on i40 and trips . On my third set of tires got Michelin this time. Second windshield. Oil change every 5000 miles. Doors still tight. No frontal alignment has been done. Tires wear evenly. It just hasn't cost me much to drive it! Love it. Love it. Love it!
Love my Focus
220 thousand miles and my car is still running great. Great fuel economy. I've kept up with the maintenance and have had no problem. Have recently started having problems with the ignition switch. Sometimes have to jiggle key to start it.

Best car EVER
I’ve had my 2008 focus for 1 year I bought it with 119k miles and I am at close to 130k I absolutely love this car. I haven’t had a single issue yet all I’ve done is change the oil. Now I am going to buy some new tires and do some annual Maintance and that’s it. It drives like a dream and never fails me. Perfect little car.

2008 Ford Focus 5 speed manual Excellent car!!
Bought nearly a year ago great car. Just typical stuff...just tires so far. 175,000 Excellent on gas nothing under 33 mpg and as much as 38 mpg. Shifting the manual transmission is great. Smooth clutch. Lots of headroom. I can wear workboots and still shift...pedals aren't too close together. Great car for the money. Had a 2002 Focus that was expensive to maintain but had 240,000 miles on it when I sold it and was still running great. Lots of people swear by Toyota....Ford Focus is a great car without spending a lot of $$$ Update: Have owned the car for 3yrs now. Very cheap to run and repairs are few and cheap also. I take it to NY every so often and it does just great! I would own another Focus!! Update: Have had the car nearly 6yrs now and at 260,000 miles. Since last update: tires, brakes, control arm bushings, both tie rod ends, windshield and battery. Car never fails me and still cheap to own. Hands down best car Ive ever owned!!!!
