Not your Grandfathers Ford
My 2022 Escape AWD is far more solid than I thought The 2.0 HP feels like the Mustang Eco (I have one also)only have a few things Ford should change at $35,000 MSRP has old Halogen headlights Night vision is poor I turn on the LED fog lights and helps also no way to get back seat down from the back love the recline and sliding rear also no power passenger seat again at $35K maybe the Titanium has them but that's even more $

Prius beater
Had a Toyota Prius for a while and a month ago bought a new 2022 Escape hybrid. the ride is more comfortable and I'm getting better milage than the Prius. I recent 105 mile trip gave me 64.2 mpg and this was not flat terrain but the mountains of eastern Arizona. I am very pleased with the vehicle so far. The car/SUV maneuvers easily in and out of parking spots (my other vehicle is a F-150) and basically fun to drive. I use the EV coach as a guide to better gas milage and so far it works

Nice vehicle
I notice all the bad reviews are the low end models. I have a titanium elite hybrid it quite lots of power and comfortable. You get what you pay for.

Great Features & Awesome Gas Mileage on the Hybrid
I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape SE Hybrid. I cannot say enough good things about it. First off, it was one of the few new hybrid vehicles that were actually available. So, kudos to Ford for having things in the pipeline. I love the interior design and all the features it offers. The touch screen is a perfect size and the seats are quite comfortable. The SUV offers a smooth ride with standard AWD on the hybrid models. The best part is the MPG. I took a trip down and back from NY to NC and got 42 MPG driving at the speed limit. I am so impressed. It is saving me a ton of money on gas. I would highly recommend you check out this vehicle. And, if you need a slightly larger SUV, Ford offers the Edge in a hybrid model as well.
